服務很好。車進地下車庫，門衞態度很積極，也提出可以幫拿行李。前台辦理入住非常高效，住過那麼多酒店，這真是數一數二的高效。房間環境很棒，空間也大。早餐品類較多。下次路過昭通，還住這裏。

凱里亞德酒店在昭通市街裏，周邊商店小吃很多，用餐方便。酒店內設施齊全完備，前台服務熱情周道，有問必答，入住便利，房間衞生乾淨整潔，床上用品看着就都是新的。酒店早餐美味可口，保安也認真負責，幫助顧客安排停車充電等，酒店有兩個停車場，一個是地下，另一個是酒店院內，停車位充足。此次住店是很好的體驗，給五星好評，向旅遊的朋友推薦。上述是本人此次入住的體會，僅供參考。

酒店離昭通古城不遠，停車場在酒店旁，車位較多，酒店房間乾淨整潔，卧具舒適，床品乾淨柔軟，衞生間乾濕分離，有電霧玻璃和智能馬桶，熱水充足！加分項是早餐，種類不太多，但是每道菜居然味道都不錯！

服務很到位，保安、客房、餐飲、前台等服務都很好。酒店價位很合適，窗外環境可能不行，但不影響住店心情，畢竟價位和個人需求不太高，就是一箇中轉需求。28元的早餐還算可以，有水果、酸奶、稀豆粉、米線、抄手等。房間設施比較智能。下雪，可能是凍雨，還送了醪糟！挺好！

這次是帶修勾出行，特意選擇這家。
設施：床品舒適，基本設施都完好，洗澡水也不錯。
衞生：酒店會登記哪間房帶狗狗，應該是把帶狗客房與普通客房分開的，推薦普通客人放心入住哦!就是進屋那個香味略重，畢竟是帶寵物的房間，怕有異味可以理解。
環境：離古城很近，溜達着就可以到達，周圍小吃也多，停車也方便。
特別提示:帶狗狗酒店會收取一個200的按金，離店沒有問題會退還，作為寵物主人表示完全理解，希望越來越多的酒店接納寵物入住。

酒店好評。停車方便，有地下和地面，早餐也還不錯。嚐了嚐昭通特色的豆粉漿。床寬大，用品舒適，整體比較智能。但是這個洗手液唯一美中不足，建議改進，換成泡沫或液體黏度不同的，建議測試一下，現有的這個一擠不能到手裡，會順流，我自己清理多次保持枱麪整潔。

辦理入住等待時贈送了小米酒釀和茶水，酒店設施也不錯，準四星標準，早餐選擇很多，過年期間生意太好，幾乎滿房，有三個充電樁，兩個可用，搶不到。整體體驗不錯，最重要的是寵物友好，就這一條便足以成為攜寵出行的中途停留不二選擇了。
