It's terrible. The environment is terrible, the owner is terrible, and I don't recommend staying here. You get what you pay for. We asked the owner to refund our money due to the poor sanitation, but she said we had already moved in and couldn't refund. We offered to move to another room, which we paid cash for, but the sanitation was still terrible. We were about to leave and asked her to refund our cash, but she refused. It was really abominable.

The room was generally nice, and the price was quite good compared to other hotels, and the owner was very nice.
One thing to note, though: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who's particularly sensitive to cigarette smoke. While the odor was handled well and there wasn't much of a smoke smell, it's not recommended for those with a sensitive sense of smell. (If you don't mind, I'd recommend it.)
Finally, maybe it was because there were so many people, and the hot water ran out quickly, or something. On my second night, I left it on for ages, but it still didn't work. And the TV had no signal...
