房间干净，整洁。设施较齐全。配有电梯，老板待人热情，和气。交便方便，离望海楼公园不远。总体感觉还不错。唯一的硬伤在于卫生间沒有抽风排气，大部份房间沒有坐便器，老人不方便使用。有部份房间沒有空调。希老板尽快完善，方便所有客人。
