房間寬敞明亮，設施高檔且實用。衞生間面積超級大，功能齊全。酒店的大堂門沒有對着街道而是對着大院的裏面，停車十分方便，私家車停在大堂門口的車位上，也可以開到樓下的地下停車場。前台工作人員態度很好，早餐質量也不錯。本次住宿十分滿意。

這次入住昭通發展大廈酒店真的超出預期！從踏入大堂開始就感覺很舒服，前台小姐姐辦理入住又快又熱情，還貼心介紹了周邊的用餐和停車訊息。
房間特別乾淨整潔，床品很舒服，床墊軟硬適中，一整晚睡得特別香，完全沒有被街道噪音打擾，隔音做得很到位。
早餐種類挺豐富的，本地特色小吃和常規餐品都有，味道也不錯，尤其是米線特別地道，吃得很滿足。酒店位置也很方便，離市中心不遠，打車或者步行去周邊商圈都很便捷，樓下停車也方便。
退房的時候前台還主動詢問入住體驗，服務細節做得很到位。下次來昭通肯定還選這裏，性價比超高，強烈推薦！

應該是省屬國企修來自用，多的一棟盤活資源對外經營，外裝現代，內裝還行關鍵這麼大個店子，洗衣房都用不了，鎖了，呵呵。早餐比較簡單，幾乎沒有什麼可吃的，整體一般般。
