已經是第二次入住這家酒店了，不得不誇的還是整體的服務和體驗，入住時管家送了鮮花，準備了精緻的下午茶，對我的一些要求和問題也能及時處理，整個服務過程體貼入微。服務員也都特別客氣，從入住到離開一直都特別熱情。超出預期的酒店，下次有機會還會再來！

房間的設施非常齊全，所有的洗漱用品都用的是大牌。進門管家就送了昆明空運過來的鮮花，體驗非常好。房間的茶室非常專業，每個設備都經過消毒了，房間縱深很大，有棋牌室，茶室，客廳。房間本身也非常奢華，床品很乾凈，躺上去就不想起來了。入住了一會還有管家送下午茶，品質也非常不錯，感覺比五星級酒店還好。裏面有鮮花餅，陽光玫瑰，紅茶，花生，桑椹，玫瑰，估計過兩天還會來再住一次的！

最近西安旅遊火了，我想西安旅遊的人比較多，我在攜程攻略了一下：發現距西安1小時左右車程的柞水有家民宿的建築吸引了我，而且周圍也有些景點可去，有柞水溶洞、終南山寨、秦嶺牛背樑風景區可遊覽。民宿建築是微派樣式，有點小江南的味道，早晨睡到自然醒[偷笑]拉開窗簾發現下起了小雨，出了院子轉了轉，感覺空氣好清新，幾衹喜鵲歡快地在草坪上飛來飛去，薄薄的雲繞着山中，雨中漫步確有江南感覺。民宿是管家式服務的，管家服務熱情周到，來得時候還幫忙推箱子。早餐很豐富又可口，餐廳包間名字很特別：選的是陝西作家作品的名字，“主角”、“西京的故事”、看過電視劇的“裝台”等，和家人一起在“高興”餐廳吃飯，真是很高興😀柞水豆腐很好吃，民宿的傢俱是中式風格很像家的感覺。由於下雨這次就沒去景點玩，在民宿的幾個園子轉了轉，園子錯落有致，有石榴樹、棗樹、桂花樹，櫻花樹……現在開的薔薇花和月季花好漂亮。下午管家送來了下午茶，和家人邊喝茶邊聊天一起享受幸福時光。這次馬房子民宿酒店體驗非常滿意👍下次來還住這家民宿。

我看網上好多人打卡柞水縣馬房子民俗酒店，於是就在網上定了一間，帶着滿滿的期待和家人一起過來。管家給我安排的是仁、義、禮、智、信5園中的仁園，其中“信園”是餐廳，其它四園是住宿的地方。這家民宿的服務態度特別好，因為事先溝通過到達的時間，所以這裏的工作人員就提前在門口等待我們的到來，見到我們非常的熱情就感覺像是久別重逢的故友，為我們準備了當季新鮮的水果，服務真的特別周到，最讓我們驚艷的是這裏的環境設施，簡直是眼前一亮，整體建築外牆建築古香古色，內部的設施衹要是我們等想到基本都有，像什麼茶室啊，麻將室啊，KTV啊都是很齊全的，反正大家自己看我分享的圖片，簡直太漂亮，好舒服啊啊啊！！！！！！我再囉嗦一句！這裏的服務是管家式的，對…管家式的，那種宮廷管家，你衹需要來這裏玩就好了，剩下的全部交給管家，事情都安排的明明白白的。下次我要訂一整棟帶全家人一起來這裏再體驗一次。回味無窮！！！

酒店一共有五個院落的徽派建築，就都參觀了一下，每個院子都不盡相同、各有特色。每個院子都有獨立的管家，服務熱情周到，我們的需求都能及時滿足，給人一種回到家的感覺。一進院子是個大草坪，很寬敞，小朋友可以在草坪上玩飛盤、踢球、露營。草坪旁邊有一塊空地，傍晚在空地上和幾個朋友一起燒烤喝酒，開懷暢飲談天説地，很久沒有這麼放鬆了。總的來説這次入住感覺非常好，玩得很盡興，後面一定會帶家人朋友一起再來，也再體驗一下其他的院子。

很棒的一家民宿。環境：公共草坪很棒，有秋千有沙坑，有天幕，遛娃好去處，還能烤肉。硬件設施：房屋建築是徽派，很有特色。精緻的新中式裝修風格無不顯示了店家主人對細節的講究，一家一院，一棟別墅有6間房，能容納大大小小一家子。房間裏的電器幾乎都是小米的，衞浴全部是科勒。軟裝設施：房間很乾凈，每個房間都有香薰，配有羽毛枕、乳膠枕，五星級酒店有的這家民宿都有。房間裏有麻將室，茶室，還能唱K。早上醒來拉開窗簾就能看見山，這種感覺很舒服。餐飲：早餐有菜單可選，都是當地特色菜，對了他們家的臭鱖魚做的很棒，可以用湯汁泡飯，很香。推薦大家去商洛玩，可以定這家。
