千萬別去，住的當天一進屋這破地連收拾都沒收拾，我錄了視頻但是這裏發不出來，説好了來打擾我等了一個小時才來人，打掃又打掃了近一個小時，而且毛巾拖鞋洗漱杯都沒換都是上個人用過的也沒清理。千萬別去，臟！當時説好了第二天退我50作為補償，等退房以後又變卦，説不給好評不給退錢。平心而論，我不是一個愛評論的人，這家店坐的確實夠xx了，我不可能為了50塊錢給他好評，大家引以為鑒，不要踩坑自己替你們踩過坑了

新裝修好的房間，開門有裝修的味道，房間乾淨整潔，南北通透微風一吹很涼快，房間不悶熱，房子在萬科的小區裏，出入都需要刷門禁，客人沒有門禁卡，進小區還好保安給開門，出去就費勁了，主要是小區入住率不高，出小區師等順路的鄰居刷開門太費勁了，距離20號樓最近的南門沒有值班保安，我們週末的早晨拿着大包小包的行李和零食，站門口等了將近20分鐘才出來，車停在南門外的路邊，繞到西門出去再走過來實在費時費力

房子是萬科新建的小區，樓宇和公共設施很新，萬科的物業管理也到位，小區門口有保安24小時站崗，目測物業費每平米應該2.7元至2.8元左右。因為剛交房，住户少，所以非常安靜，而且小區門口停車方便，適合自駕遊的客户。房型是H户型89平米（目測可能會有贈送面積，實際感覺90多），2梯4户，南北通透帶精裝修，一進門是通體玄關加衣櫃，適合家庭入住。優點是通風效果好，房子凈高2.7米左右顯得寬敞，水壓很大洗澡舒服，所有牆上插板都帶usb口比較方便。缺點是第一客廳進深3.3米應該配55寸電視，目前衹配了40寸的而且沒有開通有線電視；第二小區進出樓棟門需要門禁卡，目前沒給租户配；第三廚房應該配個微波爐，白天出去玩帶回來的熟食晚上可以估計熱熱吃。

因為大家對當地不熟悉，入住前，務必跟房東確認好房子位置，以免多走冤枉路，附近還是有好多不錯的景點的，這縣城算是不錯的了！

這個房間對的起這個房價。缺陷就是衞生間窗户沒窗簾洗澡要毛巾擋住窗户，還有就是燈光是燈泡光線比較暗，遺憾是不能燒飯
