I went to Hebei for the first time and stayed at the Vienna Hotel, Zhengding Ancient City Store. The sanitation and decoration were very comfortable, clean and tidy. The young lady at the front desk is patient and careful, and the service is very good.

I especially chose the Vienna Hotel, but it was a bit disappointing in the end. After leaving the hotel, the hotel actually forgot to cancel the public security system. As a result, we were unable to check in to the next hotel. After making a phone call all night, we could never get through. The young lady at the front desk of the second hotel solved the problem.

房間裏沒有洗浴用的拖鞋，所以衹能光腳在浴室裏淋浴。隔音效果也不好，夜裡11點多樓道里有人吵鬧（好像是喝多了）持續40分鐘左右，酒店沒有人員出面制止。本來都睡了，還是被吵醒了。一直到凌晨三點多才睡着。所以也沒休息好。下次不會再定了。酒店位置還不錯，距離各個景區都比較近，時間不緊張，可以步行。停車位也比較多。

位置在古城外面不遠，門口有公交站，內部有停車場。
2點後準時入住，房間乾淨寬敞，衞生間無異味，床品舒服，洗漱用品齊全，還有男士刮鬍刀、洗衣液，一次性馬桶墊。
秒速連網，雙號是陽面房間，窗户隔音效果好，南面是居民區，晚上安靜。
衹是有一點，我們是剛剛打掃完就入住的，房間裏空氣清新劑的味道比較重，但保潔阿姨提前給開了窗户，我們出去轉回來就沒味了。
帶個成人身高的大孩子入住，前台小妹直接給加了早餐。
早餐7點半開始，種類比較豐富。

酒店在靠近古城西門的位置，常山路上，是條主幹道，雖然不在古城裡麪或者説靠近南門，但到每個點或者到市裡坐車很方便。裏南門步行約3公里，最近古城燈會，附近非常擠，這邊倒也蠻好的。
選擇這家酒店，是因為訂房前兩天其他酒店不停漲價，但是這家沒有，還不錯。雖然沒有早飯，但房間裏安排了酸奶、餅乾等小零食，吃完還補充的。
房間和衞生間都很大，住着很舒服，就是有點子吵，隔音很一般。
初一入住的，前台接待時一個招呼沒打，冷着臉直接問我是不是取消了訂單。我取消訂單了還來辦入住啊？！這樣的服務很無語，無論是入住還是退房，都沒有問好或者道別，感覺這不是酒店該有的啊，我都跟你説你好了你咋就不要回我一個？？？
