設施：沒有空調，沒有電扇，屋裡熱的很，後來拿了個電扇，也解決不了屋子熱的問題，連被子都是熱哄哄的，無法入睡！
而且房間裏沒有電話，無法與前台聯繫……
服務：房子裏沒有擺放任何自費消費物品，反而要收100元按金。我們問服務員這是為什麼，她們回答：你們要把卧具弄臟了，我們要扣按金的。
（但是酒店外裝修很豪華，為什麼不把錢用於酒店內部裝修，方便顧客，提高服務品質呢？！）
總之入住體驗極差！

衞生太差，地毯上的蟲子的屍體，煙頭，體驗感太差。牆壁上還有活的多腿寵物，爬的那叫一個快！床單上還有血。三百多的房間竟然沒有空調，衹有一個加水的空調。總之三百多的房間給人就是幾十塊錢的感覺！

酒店在十字路口附近交通方便，便道公用車位免費停車。裝修和設施達到了商務酒店標準，三人房間面積大、衞生間空間大、環境衞生乾淨、網速快，沒有空調配有空調扇，當地氣温低用不到空調吧。服務周到規範，早上衹有我們一家用早餐，店家也安排專人給做了早餐，涼菜炒菜主食雜糧雞蛋流食都有了，一人正常吃一兩個雞蛋沒有不合理限制，吃得豐富可口舒心，感謝！入住需要另付個按金，離店查房無問題立即原路退回。

房間沒有空調，平台0按金但是收按金，早餐非常非常差！此地雞蛋很精貴，多吃一個會被攻擊，態度蠻橫，仗勢欺人，差點被扁。
