沒有熱水，晚上我們回去的時候電梯壞了，我們上不去，就問前台的值班人員，值班人員開始在屏障後面睡着叫不醒，我們又叫了一次，她不耐煩的説是電梯壞了她有什麼辦法？我説有其他辦法沒？難不成讓我們在下面站一晚上嘛，最後又説那你們走樓梯，我説樓梯能走不，她説她不知道。…隔音確實很差

衞生：臟的比他嗎的公廁還臟 衞生間洗澡設施臟的無法用手接觸 熱水還很小 馬桶壓根就沒刷過 上個人住的拉的屎都沒沖乾淨
