很差房卡丟了五十塊錢補你們沒見過錢嗎怎麼不去搶一個卡五十塊我房費六十多合計着補個卡頂我一天房費了沒見過錢的東西
房間衞生差的要命淋雨都斷裂了還有馬桶黃的我以為是💩
看看那地毯全是煙洞差死了
最後奉勸各位千萬別住這個垃圾酒店 ……

凌晨六點多去的 前台大叔態度很差 愛答不理 説話還很拽 這是我見過服務態度最差的 就跟欠他錢一樣 開了一個房剛進房間裏面沒有兩分鐘一看 沒有窗户 牆上還發黴了 我皮膚不好容易過敏就不想住哪個房間 然後下樓就問那個大叔可以換個房間不 説了好幾遍大叔才説沒有房間了 然後我就説給我退了吧 大叔説不能退 我説我在網上退你同意一下 説了好久他在願意同意退 然後他説我們可以走了按金8點查房就退了 結果我們走了 從6點一直等到9點多才退按金 但是我從網上訂的房間申請退款了 他那邊拒絕退款了 花了89塊錢 還沒住 錢不錢無所謂 主要是那個大叔態度真不好
