Hampton by Hilton Stays in Zhengzhou

The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised by the room type; it was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the plush bedding ensured a perfect night's sleep. The breakfast was also generous and delicious, and the facilities were well-appointed and very convenient. This place offers outstanding value for money, and I'll definitely make it my top choice for future trips!

Nice clean hotel . I stay few times . As a foreigner I find something to share to hotel management which r easy to improve - They should have more options for vegetarian and vegan also in breakfast …which was missing .

The hotel is really close to Zhengzhou East Station, but the area around it is still under development. There's absolutely nothing within a kilometer radius, and you have to go two or three kilometers to find a commercial area for food. However, it's quite convenient if you're heading to 'Only Henan' as it's in the same eastward direction. First, the pros: The room was spotless, the breakfast selection was ample, and all the staff members were very friendly. Now for the cons: The elevators are a nightmare! The hotel occupies floors 27-32, and the entire building shares only two separate elevators. Almost every time, I had to wait about 5 minutes. Once, I got so impatient that I tried using the emergency stairs, only to discover after climbing from the 27th to the 31st floor that I couldn't exit the stairwell... There were also minor issues with some small things in the room, like a loose bedside outlet that would disconnect with a touch. I left a note complaining about it, and a staff member replied very earnestly, but it didn't really help. They offered to ride the elevator with me, but that still means waiting, doesn't it? This isn't the staff's fault; I just wonder what the hotel designers were thinking when they planned this. They did give me two big bags of small gifts, which I honestly didn't need. It would have been much better if they could have provided a proper bread or sandwich for a takeaway breakfast (instead of several small 'Panpan' mini breads and cakes). One more small thing I want to grumble about: why can't I get Hilton Honors points when booking through a third-party platform?! These old-school hotels are practically forcing me to switch to Atour...

I was on a business trip and passed by Zhengzhou. I found a treasure hotel near the East Station. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt a strong youthful and active atmosphere. From the colorful decoration style of the lobby to the sweet greetings of the front desk lady, I recharged my tired body and mind for a day. The hotel's facilities are really complete, with a gym, laundry room, public computers, and even a book bar where you can borrow books! The bed in the room is also very comfortable to sleep on, not too soft or too hard, just right, and there is a mobile desk and a very comfortable office chair. The front desk lady told me that it was a special ergonomic chair of Huanpeng, which is more comfortable than the one in my office. I plan to buy one back. The breakfast is very rich, and there are Henan's special spicy soup and fried dough sticks. It was a very good business trip experience. I will probably choose this Huanpeng in the future!
