衞生：房間一般，大床房地面全是污跡，牆角都是脱落的白色牆面，實在無法下腳，前台給換了商務大床房還好一點。
設施：空調有點老，聲音嗚嗚的，風感也特別強，直對着人吹。
服務：服務很好。
環境：離地鐵有點遠，但離公交快線很近很近，也是挺方便的，去豫博、車站直達。

整個管理非常差，剛入住時WiFi網絡不可用，找阿姨修了半天才修好。
另外，因為今天下午有一個網上考試需要在房間考，我入住的時候就讓前台把房間續住到今天下午6點，並且當場付清了差價。
結果今天下午考試時還是被前台電話打擾了，如果我沒有在門上貼“考試中，請勿打擾”估計還會被保潔阿姨敲門打擾。
保潔阿姨在知道屋內有考試之後就通過對講機告訴了前台，前台在知道屋內有考試的情況下，下午四點多又打來電話，你們難道沒有想過如果考試沒有結束，你們是不是又打擾了住客？

我從沒住過如此不隔音的酒店
沒有降噪耳機的不要住了
選擇如家 是覺得是連鎖品牌應該不會太差 距離我考場也不是特別遠 就沒有選擇民宿 可能我攜程領券買完些許便宜吧 到前台的時候跟那倆姐商量了今天一天要考試 需要安靜的 她們説商務大床房都臨路 我説那不是特別吵吧？還好吧？ 她們説還好。
笑發財了 敢信我們在四樓 路邊過幾輛車 摩託聲音聽得清清楚楚 彷彿你在夜裡大馬路上睡覺 而且我明確表達了我想要安靜房間需求 她們沒有問我需不需要升級房間去更安靜的 而把我排在了三樓是桌球廳的上面 我凌晨三點半還被樓下打桌球的笑聲 進球聲 吵得根本沒法入睡 我不知道隔壁怎麼樣 總之我不知道為什麼安排這麼不合理 這一點實在是失誤。 而且百十塊錢的房間 真的無敵小 如果不是有的房間沒有窗户 我也不會選商務大床房 還不如別家幾十塊錢的小單間
説真的 如果不是我一個女生大晚上害怕 我一定申請換房間 從沒見過如此無語的酒店 這次入住是我考試陰影 知道為什麼現在才過來評價嗎 一晚上沒睡着的我四點多考完試 現在剛補完一會覺 睡醒第一件事就是差評

房間設施老化跟普通賓館沒什麼區別，房間衞生很差，浴巾、地巾都有污點，都不檢查一下再給客人使用？房間隔音還不好，地上隨處可見得毛髮，真讓人犯膈應，還是個連鎖品牌，第一次也是最後一次，體驗感巨差👎
