The room was great, so I decided to extend my stay in the same room. The hotel staff were all very responsible and enthusiastic. I was very satisfied throughout my stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a subway station nearby. I'll definitely come back to this hotel for my next business trip.

They also proactively informed us about the hotel's value-added services, without any perfunctory attitude. Upon entering the room, my first impression was how clean and tidy everything was. From the floors and tabletops to the bedding and bathroom, every corner was spotless, with absolutely no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness, which was incredibly restorative – so important for long-distance travelers. The room layout was very well-designed, preventing any cramped or stuffy feeling. The furniture and appliances were complete and practical, with excellent heating/cooling from the air conditioning and water heater. The bathroom had quick hot water and strong water pressure, and the quality of the toiletries was good, not those cheap disposable kinds, which was reassuring to use. There were also complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and coffee, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The hotel's public areas were also well-maintained. The corridors were spacious and bright, and the elevators ran smoothly and quickly, so there was no long waiting time. The lobby's lounge area was comfortable and tidy, perfect for waiting for someone or taking a temporary break. If the hotel offered breakfast, the variety was also very rich, with Chinese options like steamed buns, congee, and small dishes, and Western options such as bread, milk, and fried eggs – everything you could want. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was good, satisfying different palates. The dining environment was also very clean, and the staff would promptly replenish food and clear tables. The hotel's hygiene and service details truly exceeded expectations. Daily room cleaning was prompt, and the staff would proactively change dirty bedding and towels, replenish toiletries and drinking water, and even thoughtfully tidy up items in the room. They would also greet guests cheerfully, which made for a very pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel's soundproofing is commendable; with the windows closed, you could barely hear any outside noise, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed night's sleep. Checkout was also quick, and the staff even proactively asked about our stay, which was very thoughtful. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations, with excellent hardware facilities and attentive, thoughtful service evident in every detail.
