The room itself is perfectly fine, with a comfortable bed and clean enough. comfortable temperature. but loud, both from other guests at night and the staff cleaning the room at 2am. No soundproofing. and unlike backpaclers hostel with dormitories there are no quiet hours here

前台服務人員的態度要多差有多差，平時一直住這個因為我們到鄭州進貨一個月起碼要2.3次的，平時都是另外一個服務員，昨天遇見了那個瘦的服務員態度惡劣的很我們拉着小車去，凌晨2點半到的住到早上7點鐘，她説120，我説平時都是70.80最貴也才90，她説就是120，我氣的定網上的我説定好了網上93，我講沒有一次住的120，她説下次還是120一點都少不呢，我講住那麼多次了，都沒這個價格，她説我上班那麼多年了都沒見過你，後面看我們拉着行李説行李放在大廳衹能放到早上7點，我講沒見過你那麼難説話的，每次人家怎麼沒有説衹能7點，我開的不是鐘點房，還問你們早上幾點走，什麼意思？不是明擺着趕客户走嘛？我定的是到下午2點的，怎麼沒有權利給我看行李嗎？而且一上去就是樓梯，我行李根本上不去電梯，那麼重，放樓下還不讓我放，什麼態度？

半夜到的鄭州 開始訂酒店 有的酒店找不到 有的入住給你卡到中午12點 最後選的這個 感覺我住的這個是單獨從公共區域 後+出來的 隔音沒有 空調中央的24小時製冷不可控 機掛的 用不了 電視沒有遙控器 身邊人一走一過都能聽得清清楚楚 這體驗決了 出門在外還得多看差評 還是有用的 我都來感覺他們有的差評都保守了

第一次見酒店不提供水，一次性拖鞋，餐巾紙。WiFi跟屎一樣，所有房間公用一個。然後還有一個吐槽，進房間看到一張損壞賠付單，很影響入住心情。
