Hampton is located short distance from the amazing Henan Museum, local shopping and eateries. Whist the amenities are adequate, the reception and front desk 悦悦, 乐乐 and 红红 are excellent, extremely helpful and provide any assistance, the rest of staffs in the breakfast lounge are courteous and ready to assist anytime.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff but nobody speaks English, but they don't have to. I should speak Chinese. Wi-fi was free to log-on to but western sites are restricted by the firewall which for a business traveler is an absolute pain. Breakfast was included and great but there were no lunch or dinner even for a paying customer, which is a pain. The facilities in the room were modern, though. This is my second time in the Hampton Hilton and there is consistency in there processes. I will stay again.

Traveling with elderly family members, this triple room was a great choice. I've stayed at Hilton Garden Inn multiple times in different cities, and this experience, as always, did not disappoint. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. I only stayed one night and forgot to take photos, but I'll definitely choose this hotel brand again!

It’s my first time not being pleased by Hampton , the room carpet is so dirty and the air ventilation is horrible , the breakfast was just okay they’ve limited options , and then why the hell would you let the delivery guy come and knocking at customers doors at night ? Don’t you have the robot delivery system ? Also why is the carpet not hygienic.., I was incredibly disappointed with how much I paid for what I got ,

Nice clean hotel . I stay few times . As a foreigner I find something to share to hotel management which r easy to improve - They should have more options for vegetarian and vegan also in breakfast …which was missing .
