The hotel's natural environment is excellent, and the service is incredibly attentive. They provided fresh fruit in the room every day, and even gave us a small gift. The staff were very friendly and their service was excellent! We wanted to change our room when we arrived and they gave a room tour so we could choose which one we liked. We did not receive our welcome fruit at first, but when we told them about it, they arranged it right away and we were surprised to learn that they included more - a box of biscuits, tea and foot spa! We felt special. There were even handwritten notes on each gift they had prepared for us. It was sweet! Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely come back.
