Sky Mansion Zhengzhou

Checking into this apartment hotel was very convenient. The room was spacious, and it was super easy to order food directly to our room without having to go out. The hotel also offers free breakfast. The staff tried their best to accommodate all our requests. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future, and I'll recommend it to friends and family visiting Zhengzhou.

The hotel looks very new and clean, but many of the facilities aren't working, especially the power outlets. A lot of them don't have electricity. On the bright side, it's right across from Mixue Ice Cream & Tea's head office and close to the East Station.

Facilities: Super convenient, haha! They even have 'Nai Long' (a brand/character). Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even better than a hotel. Environment: Convenient, lots of food options nearby, and good breakfast. Service: Greeted immediately upon arrival, just like a hotel. Someone met us as soon as our taxi pulled up. Free Mercedes transfer to the train station too!

The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors. The front desk staff were very friendly and always promptly resolved any issues. The location is also convenient. Overall, a perfect experience!

The room was incredibly spacious with a chic, minimalist design, perfect for a group of friends traveling together. The service was absolutely impeccable; even late at night, our butler was always responsive and incredibly thorough. A special thank you! This stay truly made our trip to Zhengzhou even better.

The room decor was incredibly cozy and comfortable, and the environment was elegant. The breakfast was rich and nutritious, and the 33rd-floor restaurant offered beautiful city views. The recreational area downstairs was beautifully landscaped, and the location was excellent with very convenient transportation. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including several restaurants featuring intangible cultural heritage dishes. After checking out, they even gave us a bag of delicious snack gifts. This hotel apartment will be my first choice next time I'm in Zhengzhou for a business trip.

The facilities aren't new, but the room was clean and it's super close to the train station. I'd definitely come back next time. Overall, I'm satisfied.
