Moshangqingshe Hotel(Zhengzhou Erqi Wanda Plaza and Hanghai Road)

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! It's clean and hygienic, and the front desk service was great. Comrade Xiao Lou was excellent!

My original booking was for a room without a window, but the lovely lady at the front desk during the day shift kindly upgraded me to a room with a window for free. She also helped me buy tickets and gave me directions, showing excellent and attentive service. After my activities in the afternoon, I returned to the hotel to find a complimentary fruit platter from the hotel. The afternoon tea and breakfast were also very good, though the location wasn't the most convenient for getting around.

The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the subway station and Erqi Wanda Plaza, which made traveling with kids a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view that my child absolutely loved. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the facilities were all new. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Zhengzhou!

The hotel facilities are great, and the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning temperature is just right, and there's plenty of hot water. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the hotel was very satisfying. The staff were all very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. In the lobby, there were complimentary snacks, fruits, beverages, and herbal teas. We could also borrow Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for free, and they were quite clean. After use, the staff would wash them before putting them back. The location was also very convenient, close to shopping malls and local eateries. Highly recommended.

The room has a Chinese-inspired design and is very clean and tidy. Although it's close to the road, the soundproofing is excellent. It's super close to the subway entrance, which is incredibly convenient. All the staff members are really nice, and the breakfast offers a good variety. Overall, it's great value for money.
