Huge thanks to Chen Bingyao for the warm and thoughtful hospitality! The room was great, the location is absolutely superb, and we even received complimentary fruit upon check-in.

Arriving at the 8th-floor lobby, it still feels very much like Yuda International. Facilities: The decor, though over 20 years old, is still impressive. The toilet has been updated to a TOTO, which is great, and the slippers are very comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the fruit platter provided by Trip.com was a nice touch. Service: A kind lobby manager, Fangfang, offered me a warm bottle of water. It's been a long time since a hotel warmed my heart like that. She carried my luggage all the way to the elevator. I learned she's been working here since its opening in 1999, which I really admire! 👍

They upgraded my room, which was a nice surprise, and the room itself was very spacious. Compared to hotel rooms in Kaifeng during Chinese New Year, this place offered incredible value for money. The staff were also very warm and attentive. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

The Zhengzhou Golden Classic Hotel is truly the pinnacle of old-school 5-star luxury in Zhengzhou! My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, as expected from a high-end hotel managed by Wanda. The attention to detail really won me over.✨ The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the municipal government and just a 10-minute walk from the Lvcheng Square subway station. It's also a short drive to both the railway station and high-speed rail station, and parking is super convenient, making travel completely stress-free. Stepping into the 8th-floor lobby, you immediately feel the quality. The space, designed by an international designer, is grand and dignified, with a rich, vintage 'old money' style decor. The warm lighting design also creates a great sense of security. The room was surprisingly spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Although the facilities have some age, they are incredibly well-maintained, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful stay. The service was absolutely perfect! From the front desk's warm and thoughtful reception and patient guidance, to staff members proactively helping with the elevator and luggage, I felt completely at home throughout. Attending a concert? They even offer a complimentary shuttle service, with the driver in formal attire and thoughtfully providing water – such touching details. The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive. If you're traveling with kids, the children's pool and ball pit area are perfect, and there are also billiards, a gym, and sauna facilities. The Chinese food at Huaxia Restaurant and the buffet breakfast were both delicious, with a wide variety of options and great flavors. Whether it's for a business trip, a family vacation, or attending a performance, this place is perfect, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!

The location is very convenient, and you can tell it used to be a five-star hotel. The lobby is spacious, but the rooms definitely show their age, from the bedding to the decor.

The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are spacious with a charming vintage decor. The Napoleon from the pastry shop is delicious! Highly recommend it… it was perfect for Christmas photos! 🎄

The facilities are outdated, and the breakfast was terrible. They also charged a 500 deposit for a room that cost almost 400. Is that really all you get? It's too bad. I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel. Given these conditions, even 200 would be too expensive.

The public areas and guest rooms are spotlessly clean, and the mattress is soft and comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The in-room facilities are complete, providing great convenience during our stay. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided professional and warm service throughout. The concierge and butler teams were polite and considerate, patiently answering and resolving all our needs, making us feel truly welcomed and at home. The food was exquisite and offered a wide variety of choices. Overall, our stay was absolutely perfect, and I highly recommend experiencing it.
