The room was very clean, the front desk service was very good, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic, and any items that needed to be delivered were delivered promptly. It was a very satisfactory stay and I will choose this hotel again next time.

On the first day, I booked a deluxe king-size room. The lobby was nice when I entered, but when I got my room card and went upstairs, I first felt the elevator creak! The hallway and rooms were like a maze, and I had to wander around before I found my room. When I opened the door and the lights came on, I saw two baby geckos on the wall. I contacted the front desk and they said someone would come right away. After waiting for over 20 minutes, no one showed up. I called the front desk again, and they finally offered to change my room. The room amenities were okay, but there was noticeable water damage on the wall, so-so! The service was nothing special!

房間比較老舊 中央空調根本就不制熱 開了四五個小時 温度拉不上來 異響很嚴重 吵的人睡不着覺 晚上問酒店 解決方案令人不滿意 加一床被子或者換個雙床房 這樣的酒店以及服務四五百塊錢我是不能理解的

前台小姐姐很漂亮，辦事很麻利，入住很快就辦理完了。大堂暖氣足，客房衞生乾淨，床睡着很舒服，帶着小孩住，完全夠了！2樓有洗衣房，還有烘乾機，家庭出遊必選！

設施設備：房間設備比較新，物品擺放整齊。 服務整體很好，整體來説還是比較有性價比。 旁邊有黃河迎賓館，可以逛街，旁邊是地鐵口，出行方便，值得推薦！

出差入住這裏也是很滿意的，酒店提供早餐，品種豐富，味道也還可以，衞生狀況優秀，公共區域客房都是乾乾淨淨的。

風景很不錯哦，房間的視野不錯，白天亮堂堂的，晚上看看夜景也是十分愜意。衞生優秀，角角落落都是乾乾淨淨的。

該有的設施都是有的，客房，浴室都沒有任何異味，打掃的乾乾淨淨。居住條件非常好，服務也很貼心。會再來的。
