The hotel front desk service was excellent. I've stayed here several times, and the rooms are always very clean. Coco, in particular, provided outstanding service and arranged a great room for me.

Booked this for a friend who was visiting, and they've stayed at this hotel many times before. They're always very satisfied. The only thing was that the room was too hot yesterday, but I contacted the front desk and they quickly brought up a portable air conditioner. Really appreciate that! 🙏 Will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was stuffy, the air conditioner didn't work, and the corners of the room were full of dust! The lobby and corridor looked like a 5-star hotel, but the actual room was more like a 3-star hotel! My friend and I booked two identical double-bed rooms, but the rooms were completely different! Before checking out, they kept calling to urge us to come downstairs. I was also convinced! The 5-star hotels in Beijing and Shanghai all adhere to the principle of service first and customer first. The Radisson Blu in Zhengzhou really opened my eyes! Very bad experience!
