Although there's an underground parking lot, parking isn't very convenient since it's close to the East Railway Station. Service: The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and the customer service was very polite.

This trip really made a great impression on me regarding Holiday Inn Express! The room was very standard, with everything you'd expect, and I especially loved that their desk lamp was a Philips eye-care lamp – major kudos for that! The hotel's location is right outside Zhengzhou East Station, about a six or seven-minute walk. We came from Kaifeng to Zhengzhou East the day before and were heading back to Nanjing the next morning, so staying here was incredibly convenient. The breakfast is also quite good for a hotel of this caliber, with a wide variety of choices; meat, eggs, milk, whole grains, and fruit were all abundant. Plus, their coffee is from Luckin Coffee! If I had to pick a flaw, it would be receiving a text message asking for a good review after checking out, and it even had my name on it. The main reason it felt awkward was that when I checked out, I just handed over my key card and there was no other service. If I were going to give a good review, I'd be more inclined to give it to the gentleman who checked me in, at least he told me that IHG members get two complimentary Cokes. The young lady at checkout literally just took my key card! So to directly receive a text asking for a good review felt a bit awkward!

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I had a very pleasant stay — everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The location is also convenient. I chose the Zhengzhou Hesheng Yiside Hotel for my business trip to Zhengzhou this time. It was easy to find by car, and parking was convenient and free, which is great for drivers. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Zhengzhou East Railway Station, saving time whether you're running errands or catching a train. The room was generally clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. Chloe at check-in had an excellent service attitude and communicated thoroughly. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience.

The hotel is easy to find, very close to Zhengzhou East Station, and you can also check in at the Internet celebrity Mixue Ice City Global Headquarters Flagship Store. There were a lot of people queuing on May 1st. Ordering the flagship store limited edition menu is comparable to the offline version of grabbing train tickets. After scanning the code, you click refresh frantically. Because there are so many people, the front desk is full of orders. The clerk said that the queue is more than 100 cups and you have to wait 20 minutes before you can leave. It was quite late when we returned to the hotel. Many rooms were already occupied. The front desk chose a room on the top floor for us. The room was relatively clean, fully equipped, with a password lock, and you can take the elevator by swiping a card. There are disposable toilet seats, disposable bath towels and disposable face towels, which are very user-friendly.

It was a bit of a blind choice — the building is slightly old. The location in the CBD is great for business travelers, but maybe not ideal for leisure. I would have preferred a washer in the room, but that was my oversight for not checking in advance. Otherwise, the location is very convenient.

During the National Day holiday, I visited Shaolin Temple and the Longmen Grottoes in Henan Province. I found Zhengzhou the most convenient place to stay. Zhengzhou is a decent new first-tier city. There are many takeout options, and we were very satisfied with the hotel we stayed in. Upon check-in, our children received three small gifts, which were very emotionally rewarding. There was also a puzzle in the room. The hotel is very new, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast options weren't large, but they had everything you need, including chicken feet and shrimp dumplings. We also gave our children a refrigerator magnet when we left. The hotel is also very close to Zhengzhou East Station, making transportation very convenient.
