This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! It's spotless, the service is incredibly attentive, the facilities are complete, and the location is excellent. The rooms are immaculately cleaned, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is top-notch. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, responding quickly to requests, which truly made for an outstanding experience. It offers exceptional value for money, and I will definitely be returning to this hotel again and again!

On a self-drive trip during Chinese New Year, I passed through Zhengzhou and was pleasantly surprised by the Guangdong Hotel! The room was incredibly spacious. Whether it was the bed area, the lounge corner, or the mini-bar, there was plenty of room to move around, and I could easily open up my large suitcase. The decor is simple yet elegant, with a beige color scheme complemented by exquisite soft furnishings, making it feel both cozy and refined. It was an incredibly comfortable stay! To get such a high-quality accommodation experience (with excellent space, ambiance, and facilities) during the Chinese New Year, when resources are tight, felt like a real bargain compared to other hotels in the same category. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the toiletries were high-quality, and facilities like the TV, small coffee table, and storage cabinet were all well-equipped. You could really feel the attention to detail. They even offered a complimentary bath ticket for Chinese New Year guests, which unfortunately, we didn't get to use.

The hotel's condition was a pleasant surprise. Its location is fantastic, right near the west gate of the First Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable. What really amazed me was finding LG commercial washers and dryers in the laundry room! The price is definitely worth it for the location and facilities. The front desk staff were also great. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean, and the front desk lady was very friendly. Due to the hot weather, a glass of ice water was served directly upon entering the hotel. The room facilities were complete, and the service was excellent. I had something to do that day, so I requested a late check-out, which was immediately processed.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a three-stop bus ride on the 101 from the entrance to Kaifeng Station. Getting to the Henan Museum is also very convenient, taking Metro Line 3 then transferring to Line 7. Erqi Square is about a fifteen-minute walk away, and Metro Line 1 is near Erqi Square. Right next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a fresh produce supermarket. On the other side are People's Park and the Zhengzhou Book Center. The hotel service was fantastic; they helped us with directions and even planned routes for us. One suggestion for improvement: the bathroom door isn't sealed well, which compromises privacy when changing clothes after showering. I'd recommend adding a door outside the wet/dry separation area. Overall, it's a great hotel with excellent value for money.

A truly satisfying stay! The hotel boasts a modern and elegant design. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean with all amenities provided and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, always quick to respond to any requests. The surrounding area has excellent facilities and transport links are convenient. I felt completely at ease and comfortable during my stay. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommend, five stars!

Relatively a good place to stay, but I was being charged extra to use the AC which I found strange

Less than 200 meters from the subway, just around the corner. There are many roadside stalls on the road next to the hotel, and it is not far from Erqi Square. The elevator was changed on the first day, and it was not repaired until the second day, but fortunately the waiter helped to carry the luggage up. I suggest that the hotel should not spray so much air freshener. There is an indescribable smell in the corridor and room, which I don't like. I arrived late on the first day, otherwise I would have wanted to change hotels

This hotel experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt the thoughtful service. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even kindly upgraded my room type. The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. The location is very convenient, right next to a subway station and a shopping area. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted great. I will definitely choose this place again next time and recommend it to friends!

This hotel is located right in the heart of Zhengzhou and has been recently renovated, so it feels quite new. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but everything else is great. The breakfast, in particular, is a real highlight – it's incredibly varied, very clean, and delicious. The central location, however, makes it difficult to catch a taxi directly from the hotel, as they aren't allowed to stop here. You have to walk a short distance to find a cab stand.
