Gonna be one of the first hotel i know that they allows me to refund the days after it wasnt used. Never had a hotel that allows anything like that. I guess its a clean and honest hotel ? Room is clean, neat and front desk was helpful. Breakfast options was not that much but sufficient. Food quality is decent. The hotel even comes with self washing laundry, was a thing now already in china i suppose. Find it quite handy too. Will come again !!

For example, upon check-in, there was a problem with our bathroom door, and they promptly moved us to a new room. Noticing we were drying clothes, a staff member even proactively brought a clothes drying rack. Plus, they offer robot room service deliveries and complimentary welcome fruit.

The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming during check-in and even offered nearby restaurant recommendations. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and it instantly soothed my travel fatigue. The excellent soundproofing also ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area, and the toiletries were all high-quality and complete, with a reliable hot water supply. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city!
