As a new hotel brand, there are still many details that need to be improved.
for example:
1. Air conditioning and refrigeration are average;
2. The water volume and water temperature are average;
3. Mijia’s audio system was not checked, and the screencasting function was not connected;
4. The height of the wash basin is too short;
5. Another thing is that the hotel has not yet put its name on the building, so it took me a long time to find it;
6. There is a problem with the room type, there are steps, it is easy to trip and fall if you are not careful;
7. There is a slight smell in the bathroom;
I think it's enough for business trips, but if you want a better stay experience, there's still room for improvement. I am detail-oriented, so my reviews will be much stricter.
In addition, this is a building shared by the company and the hotel, so when you enter the elevator, there will be deliveries, and everyone in the office rides in the same elevator. For those who value privacy, it may not be so suitable. If you don't mind this, I still recommend staying here.
One thing to say, the decoration of the entire floor and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk still deserve extra points. The location is also very good. It is very convenient to go to exhibitions and other places. If you improve the details a little, it should be a good hotel.

GGuest UserThe Zhengzhou Golden Classic Hotel is truly the pinnacle of old-school 5-star luxury in Zhengzhou! My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, as expected from a high-end hotel managed by Wanda. The attention to detail really won me over.✨
The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the municipal government and just a 10-minute walk from the Lvcheng Square subway station. It's also a short drive to both the railway station and high-speed rail station, and parking is super convenient, making travel completely stress-free. Stepping into the 8th-floor lobby, you immediately feel the quality. The space, designed by an international designer, is grand and dignified, with a rich, vintage 'old money' style decor. The warm lighting design also creates a great sense of security. The room was surprisingly spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Although the facilities have some age, they are incredibly well-maintained, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful stay.
The service was absolutely perfect! From the front desk's warm and thoughtful reception and patient guidance, to staff members proactively helping with the elevator and luggage, I felt completely at home throughout. Attending a concert? They even offer a complimentary shuttle service, with the driver in formal attire and thoughtfully providing water – such touching details. The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive. If you're traveling with kids, the children's pool and ball pit area are perfect, and there are also billiards, a gym, and sauna facilities. The Chinese food at Huaxia Restaurant and the buffet breakfast were both delicious, with a wide variety of options and great flavors.
Whether it's for a business trip, a family vacation, or attending a performance, this place is perfect, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!

CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

AAERUMPURAKKAL SUBRAHMANIANrecently stayed at the Chanwu Hotel in Dengfeng, and overall, it was a memorable experience, deeply rooted in its unique martial arts and Zen cultural theme. The hotel, rated as a four-star property, lives up to its reputation with a grand, opulent design that blends traditional Chinese aesthetics with modern comforts. The martial arts exhibitions, including a nightly Kung Fu show that outshone the one at Shaolin Temple, were a highlight, immersing guests in the local culture. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed with antique-style furniture, creating a museum-like atmosphere that felt both luxurious and authentic. The vegetarian restaurant offered tasty, culturally significant dishes, though the breakfast buffet lacked Western options and the coffee could use improvement. The location is ideal, just 9 km from Shaolin Temple and close to other attractions like Songyang Academy, making it perfect for exploring Dengfeng’s cultural landmarks.
As for the receptionist, Miss 李, she was exceptional. Her warm, friendly demeanor and proactive assistance stood out, as she helped with everything from organizing transportation to answering queries with a smile. Reviews consistently praise the front desk staff, and Miss 李 embodied the hotel’s “customer first” philosophy, making our stay feel personalized and welcoming. Her attentiveness, along with the staff’s overall service, truly enhanced the experience, ensuring we felt cared for throughout our visit.

Hygiene: The bathroom is clean and there are floor mats for showering. The sink is also very neat.
Environment: Located between Renmin Road Station and Erqi Square Station, it is convenient to travel and there are many shared bicycles. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a small park next to it.
Service: The room aunt was very enthusiastic. She met us when we left on the first day and helped us clean and provide slippers and water.

It's a large complex with numerous rooms spread across different buildings, so you'll definitely appreciate the tour guide they provide, and there's even an outdoor elevator for convenience. The rooms are spacious and spotless, featuring traditional Japanese tatami mats, which lend a serene Shaolin Zen atmosphere – perfect for both local and international guests to relax in. The underground parking is a huge plus, with plenty of spaces, which was a real lifesaver during the holiday season when parking near Shaolin Temple on Mount Song is incredibly hard to find. The restaurant is massive, easily accommodating a thousand diners, and the breakfast spread is diverse and incredibly generous, with high-quality food and excellent cooking. GGuest UserThe room was very nice and matched the pictures very well. The large wardrobe and sofa in the room are very useful. The TV can be projected and can watch many programs. I like it very much! The room is clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very kind and have a great service attitude! The location of the hotel is very good. There is a big park right outside the door and the air is very good. There are subways and buses nearby, and transportation is convenient. The stay experience is perfect, recommended to stay!

GGuest UserWhen I booked the room, I thought it wouldn't be that cheap. However, due to financial constraints and seeing so many good reviews, I booked a room anyway. Upon arrival, the front desk lady greeted me warmly and was very friendly. Honestly, 58 yuan a room was beyond my expectations. Not to mention the air conditioning alone, it's a lot of money for a night's stay. They have everything a big hotel has. I don't know how the owner could come up with such a low price. It's really hard to live here! I have to give a good review. A hotel like this is so economical and practical.
