Traveling by car, the front desk staff helped me park it for free. I didn't even have to touch my luggage; the front desk brought it all to my room. The room was super clean, with all smart facilities, and a really comfortable balcony overlooking the river. In the evening, I enjoyed the river breeze, had a cigarette, and savored the unique charm of the ancient town. The room also had a hot spring bath, so I bought a bath bomb and had a really relaxing soak. The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows! It's clear the owner is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about their guests. In the morning, the owner invited us to tea and explained the history and attractions of the ancient town. The owner is clearly very passionate about their hometown and a perfectionist. It felt like I was treated like an old friend here. Highly recommend!

The location of the homestay is very convenient, and you can reach various attractions within a few minutes' walk. I am most satisfied with the hygiene. The room is clean and comfortable, with good lighting, and the details of the bed are also well done. Especially the warm reception of the landlord. When we arrived, the landlord personally greeted us and introduced the tourist attractions and food recommendations in Zhenyuan in detail. Later, whether answering questions or providing help, the landlord was very patient, very good! u1s1, the night view is really good, I recommend friends who come to play to go out and visit the night view at night

Guest UserVery clean triple room with aroma smell in the washroom. The male attendant was very helpful and will try to fulfill our requests.
Very nice river view from hotel and we did not need to pay the entrance fees unlike other places which can cost RMB80-RMB90.
The room provided tibits and was just handy as we still had not eaten lunch when we arrived at the hotel about 4 pm.
We took a cab from Zheng Yuan Railway Station as we came from Kaili Station which was a one hour journey and one train stop away which cost RMB14.5 per pax as we just finished a 4 day package tour in Guizhou and our guide dropped us there.
The hotel lady boss was unable to inform us that the cabs and private cars cannot go inside the area which I supposed to be after 2 pm
On the day we were finding transport to Zhao Xing Dong Village, the lady boss was busy doing live stream for her potential visitors but luckily she managed to find us a good deal for the transport after her live stream.

Arrived after 2 PM and couldn't drive in, so the hotel owner kindly arranged to pick us up from the nearest parking lot. The hotel has a very strong design aesthetic, with rooms based on a white color scheme, making them look incredibly clean and fresh. We booked a one-bedroom apartment for three people; the sofa in the living room converted into a bed, so everyone had their own comfortable sleeping space. Famous attractions like Wanshou Palace and Qinglong Cave are just across the river, and you can see Zhusheng Bridge and these sights right from the balcony. Enjoying tea on the balcony at night while watching the illuminated scenery and tour boats was truly delightful. The rooftop garden design also has a lot of character. As an architect, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great value! The location is ideal. Any closer to the bridge and you don’t get the full view of it. It’s also in the quieter and scenic side of the bridge, which to me is a huge plus. And if you want the nightlife and the music of just walk 5-7 minutes into town.
The room was small, but the amazing balcony made up for it. I must have sat out there for 2 hours just soaking up the view. The staff were nice and responsive. Picked me up from the parking lot and helped my luggage up 5 floors!
Certainly you will find more upscale places, but they will generally be at least 200 RMB or $30 more. I think the price to performance ratio is good for Zhenyuan.

The hotel room was the best of my entire Yunnan-Guizhou trip. It was very close to the bustling ancient street, making it convenient for dining. From the room, I could see the river and bridge, giving it a bit of a Fenghuang feel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. They even provided snacks and drinks. The owner called me in advance to send me his location and came to pick me up at the intersection. I'll definitely come back next time.

Stayed here for one night with the kids, and they absolutely loved it! As soon as we opened the curtains, we were greeted with a fantastic river view – super spacious and unbeatable. The service was excellent too.
Being right by the river was great for evening strolls. The owner at the front desk was very welcoming and even helped us find some delicious local restaurants.
The room was quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. Fantastic value for money, highly recommend!

NanbanqiudeGraceHad a fantastic stay! The hotel is located right in the old town, which is great. We arrived during the day so we could drive our car right in, then a staff member helped us take it to a nearby parking lot. Just a heads up, there's traffic control after 2 PM, so private cars aren't allowed inside then. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Opening the window, you get a breathtaking view of the bridge. Our room even had a bathtub, so we could soak and enjoy the night view!

Convenient location adjacent to the Ancient City but tucked away on a quit street allowing for peaceful rest at night. Charming room in historical building but with modern amenities. The owner speaks English well and gets out of his way to help his guest. Anander, the owner, walked to taxi with me and got taxi for me since it was a busy time during National Holiday. He is very attentive providing cold water during the hot days. The owner helped contacting my next hotel and gave advice for easy transportation with following up late to make sure I got safely to the next hotel. Best service I ever had traveling in China!

You can see the bridge, the scenery is very good
It's nice to sit on the balcony.
The hotel contacted in advance to inform the parking lot location. The nearest parking lot is three or four hundred meters from the hotel.
Bus 1,4 is at the entrance of the hotel, convenient for travel
The only thing is that there is no elevator, it is a bit difficult to climb to the top floor with luggage, and everything else is very good.
