提前預訂的房間，到店前台給開錯了房型，事後居然要求顧客補差價，而且這貴的房間環境還更差，浴室到處發黴，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，wifi信號差，空調嘎嘎響，房間唯一的窗户還正對着別人陽台窗簾都不敢拉開…
