整體體驗不太好，洗漱台不在衞生間，而是裝在房間裏，晚上停水，洗澡上廁所很不方便，早餐餐食品類極簡，衹有蒸餃和一個雞蛋，有洗衣機但是説得自己買洗衣粉，訂房的時候前台告知最晚下午兩點退房，後面另一個前台人員就説為了方便他們工作人員搞衞生，退房時間需要在下午一點前，如果訂房的時候明確告知在一點前倒也沒什麼，這工作人員答覆的時間都不一致，給人感覺很不好。

酒店重視了旅客的物質需求，忽略了客人的精神需求。出門在外，看看中央台的電視不過分吧？在這家酒店還要掃碼付款！最後一張是在閬中一家酒店拍攝的，別人家酒店的電視隨便免費看，希望御憬經營者重視一下這個，這個應該不是什麼大事，應該用不了多少費用。

出差時隨便選了一個酒店，沒想到非常滿意，停車也很方便，進去房間很乾凈衞生，衞生間還是乾濕分離的，全智能馬桶和窗簾，早上起來還有免費的早餐，給人感受到家得温暖，下次還住這家
