Qianna Hotel (Zhengzhou Shangdu Road Fangte Branch)

I often stay at Qianna hotels, especially the Qianna in Kaifeng. I am very satisfied every time, but this time I am very disappointed with the Qianna. I usually don’t give negative reviews, but this time it affected my mood too much! 1. Needless to say, Qian Na’s environment doesn’t have any old-fashioned atmosphere, and it feels great. 2. Hygiene can also be praised. We stayed in room 302 to watch the movie on the tatami. Because we came back very late at night, we temporarily added a separate three-hour hourly room. We checked out at 3 p.m. When we went to bed at night, we found that the room was very hot. We adjusted the cold air for 10 minutes and tried it back and forth. It’s always hot! I called the staff and asked the staff. The staff told me that if Xiaodu couldn't be turned on, it couldn't be turned on (I forgot the original words, but that's what it meant). I was sleepy and hot at night and didn't want to bother, so they didn't mention changing rooms and the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Now go try and bring your maintenance personnel to see if the exhaust fan is working! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! When I stayed at the Nendo Hotel, I never saw a noisy exhaust fan. The next morning, my upper lip was blistered due to dry mouth. I hope your maintenance staff will carefully check the hardware facilities! ! ! !

房間佈置很温馨，環境舒適，給人家的舒適感，衞生設施齊全，乾濕分離佈置合理，房間內有小度喚醒，開關等都可聲控，而且有一個巨大的影慕，早餐種類也很齊全，我和朋友都很滿意這次的住宿體驗，下次來方特我們打算還住仟那，前台小姐姐的服務質量更是錦上添花，總之仟那是硬件設施齊全，服務上乘，而且還有地上停車場，位置也很好找，還有免費接送景區服務真的是一次很不錯的入住體驗呢。

房間房間既乾淨整潔還特別温馨  地理位置也超級好 離方特 衹有河南景區蠻近的 早餐也不錯 店內各個崗位的服務人員都超極好 特別友善 過來河南旅遊的小夥伴們一定要過來！
