I often stay at Qianna hotels, especially the Qianna in Kaifeng. I am very satisfied every time, but this time I am very disappointed with the Qianna. Hygiene can also be praised. We stayed in room 302 to watch the movie on the tatami. Because we came back very late at night, we temporarily added a separate three-hour hourly room. We checked out at 3 p.m. When we went to bed at night, we found that the room was very hot. We adjusted the cold air for 10 minutes and tried it back and forth. It’s always hot! I called the staff and asked the staff. The staff told me that if Xiaodu couldn't be turned on, it couldn't be turned on (I forgot the original words, but that's what it meant). I was sleepy and hot at night and didn't want to bother, so they didn't mention changing rooms and the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Now go try and bring your maintenance personnel to see if the exhaust fan is working! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! When I stayed at the Nendo Hotel, I never saw a noisy exhaust fan. The next morning, my upper lip was blistered due to dry mouth. I hope your maintenance staff will carefully check the hardware facilities! ! ! !

孩子們説很喜歡這個酒店，下次來還要住這裏。我們是去方特夢幻王國玩，第一天在方特假日酒店住，大二天選擇了這裏，因為孩子喜歡住不同酒店。打車十幾分鍾。酒店也有到景點和高鐵站的接送服務，但一定要提前兩小時預約。臨走前還送了酸奶。特別説一下，餐廳的俺姨熱情周到，飯也很好吃。

房間很乾凈.早餐對於這個價位性價比很高，阿姨們都很熱情👍地理位置再機場和衹有河南的中間位置，酒店有免費的接送班車送往衹有河南，方特，海洋館等，性價比很高。床品很舒適，智能小❤️控制，小小的缺陷就是酒店空調聲音比較大，這個房型衞生間太小， 如果可以，更推薦高一價位的房型
