ZHENGZHOU HAICHANG ULTRAMAN HOTEL

The hotel is filled with Ultraman elements everywhere, and the kids absolutely loved the room with bunk beds – they didn't want to leave! Our butler also thoughtfully reminded us about the weather, the opening hours for the entertainment facilities, and breakfast times.

The room was decent, but the mosquitoes were absolutely everywhere, which was ridiculous. For such a large children's park, it's unbelievable they don't implement any mosquito control. Aside from the front desk staff, the overall vibe of the entire amusement park was quite poor. We visited back in May and found it quite enjoyable, so we deliberately booked a night here on our way to Luoyang this time, only to be utterly disappointed. There were no evening shows, and the Ice Peak Theater only had a single performance at noon. The room didn't come with bath slippers, but the staff readily provided extra disposable ones when requested. Accommodation alone cost 1700, and with tips, toys, and other purchases, the total neared 3000. It was absolutely not worth the money. Breakfast was no longer served in the Ultraman themed area either. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. And to top it all off, the children's high-speed roller coaster broke down right at the end – utterly frustrating!

My child said she'd give it ten stars! She loved that her favorite Ultraman heroes were everywhere, and even the elevator announcements were Ultraman-themed. It truly was full of delightful surprises. As a themed hotel near Haichang, its location is absolutely superb, and the unlimited park access during our stay was also a fantastic perk. My only minor suggestion is that we had to walk to the Ocean Hotel in the rain for breakfast, and even catching a taxi required walking all the way there, which was a bit inconvenient. I hope this can be improved. We'll definitely be back, keep up the great work! Oh, and by the way, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and friendly, and the gentlemen were strong and super enthusiastic about helping with our luggage. All in all, a highly recommended stay!

Facilities: Excellent, the room design was a big hit with the kids. Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Great atmosphere, and the children absolutely adored all the Ultraman themes. Service: Exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was extensive, and the hotel grounds were very pleasant. Each villa had a lovely scent upon entry and came with its own small courtyard. We could keep the key card after use, and they even thoughtfully presented the children with an Ultraman Zero toy, which they adored. Our room featured bunk beds and a smart TV. The hotel's theme was a huge hit with the kids! I also appreciated that the shower gel was brand new and sealed. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide disposable bathtub liners in the future.

My little one was absolutely delighted! For their birthday stay, they even received a small gift and we were granted a late check-out. The entire place was Ultraman-themed, which created a wonderful sense of occasion. At the aquarium, we were also given VIP viewing seats for two shows, and all the performances were fantastic. Highly recommend!
