The hygiene and service were both excellent. It's right next to a large shopping mall, which was super convenient for taking my kids to see 'Boonie Bears.' There are tons of food options in the mall and all around the hotel; the location is truly fantastic. We even visited the pedestrian street!

Great location! The bus stop is right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get to Zhongshan Museum and Qijiang Bridge. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The service was excellent – they even brought us a heater when they saw we were cold. Breakfast was pretty good too. Definitely recommend!

Let me talk about our trip to Zhongshan during Chinese New Year. My husband snores quite a bit, so we booked a suite. First, I have to commend the attitude of all the staff – they were so gentle and provided smiling service throughout. The room was large and very clean; housekeeping was super efficient and we got fresh fruit delivered daily. On our last day, I extended our stay by an extra night and even got a discounted rate. Zhongshan left a great impression on me, though unfortunately, many shops were closed for the New Year. Oh well, it's the only time we have free to travel. The hotel facilities are excellent, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Ordering takeout was incredibly convenient! Thumbs up, I'll definitely be back. The only minor downside was the extra duvet provided for my child; the duvet cover wasn't comfortable and didn't breathe well. Other than that, I couldn't find any faults.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a mall and shopping center right downstairs, and an abundance of restaurants nearby, making it perfect for dining out during your trip. Parking in the underground garage is also very convenient for getting around. The only downsides are that the room's cleanliness could be improved, and some of the furnishings are noticeably old and worn.

The room we had was very large even with a king size bed. Everything was conveniently close by and service was good whenever we needed it. The only minor complaints I had was the TV was a bit small for today's standards. On this trip I stayed in a few hotels and this hotel has the smallest TV. Probably 40 inch or so. More like a computer monitor. Lastly their WIFI was non usable. It had weak to no signals in my room and so I just turned it off and use my data instead. If it were not for those issues they would have gotten five stars.

The location is fantastic! Right downstairs, there's a huge mall for shopping, dining, and catching movies. The hotel's decor is super cute, and they've thought of every little detail. There's a tent, a rocking horse, children's picture books, kids' slippers and toothbrushes, and even a booster seat for children. They really put a lot of thought into making it great for kids. A wonderful experience overall!
