The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. I particularly loved the one-touch blackout lighting at night. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary bottled tea, cola, and mineral water for guests to enjoy. Breakfast was exceptionally generous, and they even offered takeaway containers. I had a slice of bread and an egg left, and not wanting to waste them, I packed them to go. The best hotel under $100 per night I have stayed in China. The rooms are neat and clean, the views are breathtaking and the breakfast is delicious and with so much variety of both Chinese and western cuisine. Like in most hotels in China most of the staff doesn’t speak English, but Ashen who works on the reception speaks English and he went above and beyond to help us find restaurants and shops for everything we asked him. Thank you very much again for everything!!

What stands out the most is the exceptional front desk team – they are incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. During one of my stays, I had trouble ordering food through *******, and the staff patiently assisted me with everything. A particularly memorable experience happened right before I headed to the airport. The zipper on my suitcase broke, and within just a few minutes, the front desk had arranged for a technician to come and fix it. Their quick response and care saved me from a lot of stress. Atour Guzhen delivers truly flawless service. I will definitely continue choosing this hotel whenever I return to Guzhen.
