My wife and I stayed at the **Zhongwei Desert Diamond Hotel** for four nights and experienced the five-star luxury. The warm and elegant welcome from the hotel staff made us feel at home, and I would especially like to thank Dick, a staff member, for his thoughtful service - he accompanied us throughout the activities in Shapotou. Although these trips could have been arranged by ourselves, with Dick's assistance, everything from event coordination to special car pick-up was smoother and more efficient, which was undoubtedly an additional benefit of the hotel beyond expectations. To celebrate my wife's birthday, the hotel specially decorated the room and prepared a beautiful birthday cake and rose bouquet. During the stay, Dick sent activity recommendations and free breakfast and dinner menus in advance every day. Any needs were responded to in a timely manner, and he even printed the urgently needed company documents for us free of charge, which shows his meticulousness and thoughtfulness. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, and the view of the desert and swimming pool outside the window is intoxicating. The first day was sunny and hot. We looked up at the vast sea of ​​sand and the fantasy sky in the swimming pool, as if we were in an exotic painting. What's even more surprising is that the hotel has placed sandboards on the sand dunes for guests to enjoy the fun of diving into the sand waves at any time. If the full score is 10, this experience deserves 11 points! We were welcomed to the hotel by their beautiful staff and personally taken care of by staff member Dick, who did an amazing job accompanying us to our preferred activities at Shapotou. Although, we could have gone to the activities on our own, having Dick there made everything go smoother and more efficient, especially when getting the hotel's car to pick us up at different locations. This was definitely an unexpected perk of the hotel. The hotel also decorated the room for my wife's birthday and provided a cake and beautiful roses for her. During our stay, Dick would send the available activities for the day and the menu for breakfast and dinner, which by the way, was free. Anything that we needed was provided, the hotel staff even printed some documents that our company needed us to sign immediately, for free. Aside from the great service, the room was big and comfortable with a great view of the desert and pool. We were lucky enough to have hot enough weather to enjoy the pool on the first day. It felt like being in another work while being in the pool surrounded by the beautiful desert sand and picturesque sky. Truly like something out of a picture. Another exciting perk was there sleds placed through the sand, that we used to slide down the slopes and have fun at our leise. Overall, this was an 11/10 experience. The room is clean, well-equipped, very stylish, and the supplies are high-end. Disposable toothbrushes are all electric, and coffee beans are also provided. The hotel arranges full-time butler service. If you have any questions, you can communicate in the group at any time. There is a special car to pick you up anywhere in the scenic area. The free breakfast and dinner are also very good, with fresh ingredients and exquisite cooking. Although the variety is not particularly rich, it is very delicate and delicious.

The taxi service is slow, and the activities do not require reservations, but the control of the number of people in the activities is not sufficient. For example, the child was picked up in the middle of the care, and no staff came to check in the end. . . This is the first time I have encountered such a care.
