When visiting Zhongwei, choosing the Hampton by Hilton Zhongwei Shapotou was a no-brainer! Nancy, the front desk assistant, was incredibly efficient with her check-in process, smiling throughout and providing smooth and thoughtful communication. The room was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning was at just the right temperature, and it was incredibly comfortable. From the amenities to the service, everything was impeccable, earning a five-star rating! I especially want to praise Nancy, who was both professional and warm, and made this trip a fantastic start. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I took my family to play in the sand and saw the newly opened Hampton by Hilton. I immediately booked it. I've always stayed at Hilton hotels for business and travel around the country, and they're clean and service-oriented. I wasn't disappointed with my stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and I slept comfortably. It was new, so there was no odor in the room, and the breakfast was very generous. I give it a thumbs up! The price is also very reasonable, and I highly recommend it!

衞生：衞生非常的整潔乾淨，床鋪非常的舒適，衞生間是乾濕分離的，設施設備齊全使用起來非常的方便
環境：環境非常的優美，大廳的樓梯拍照處非常的出片的，附近有一條觀光湖，景色非常的美麗，去跑步呀，散步呀，這些都是非常的好的 服務：從保安大哥幫忙提行李到前台辦理入住，服務都是超級棒，經理Miki會提前打電話，發很詳細的酒店位置，提醒電動車較多，注意安全，真的做到非常的用心，也很感謝！

酒店衞生乾淨整潔，大廳裏面的服務人員都非常的熱情周到，大廳裏有免費的飲料，小吃，茶包非常的體貼酒店，環境衞生乾淨整潔，整體影響都非常得好，大廳裏面的樓梯也非常的美麗，非常的出片，房間的衞生間是乾濕分離的，房間裏配有四瓶礦泉水，對小朋友都非常的友好，還給送了拖鞋和牙具，非常的體貼客房大姐打掃衞生都非常的乾淨，非常的辛苦，餐廳裏面的餐品也非常的豐富，有特色，當地的麪食非常的推薦！Miki經理還給我們免費升級了房間，提前告知了酒店的停車場，非常感謝！

愉快的一次假期旅行，司機、保姆、長者、孩子一大家子，原本很焦慮的狀態被這個酒店治癒了，首先前台很有愛心、服務非常好，同時很細心，一共住了兩天，幾乎每一次車停到酒店門口前台工作人員就已經在門口迎接了。房間有免費升級非常大，設施也齊全，衞生乾淨，還送了水果，大廳每天不間斷提供飲品及小吃，停車也很方便（酒店地庫有一個很大的停車場。早餐適合長者孩子，同時旁邊就是小吃街下午帶孩子去沙漠溜達一圈回來再吃宵夜最合適。酒店地理位置也比較好，應該是市中心，吃飯、逛街都比較方便。退房的時候，經理Miki看到我們有小朋友，贈送了小禮物，非常不錯，小瓶子有紀念意義！真的是送到心坎裏了，期待明年旅行再見!
