The room is quite big, the breakfast is OK, but the price/performance ratio is not high. The hotel is in a longer row of houses on the roadside. There is a picture below. It doesn't feel tall. There are small restaurants and several small supermarkets around. It is not a bustling area. The front desk staff has a good attitude.
