The hotel staff met us as soon as we disembarked. The staff were excellent. My daughter was scratched by a cat, and they took us to a local hospital for vaccinations. The next day, she had a low-grade fever, and they agreed to a late check-out until 1:00 PM. I was very pleased with the room, with greenery outside the window and a rich artistic feel. The entire room was smartly equipped, and it was very quiet at night. Across from Baibusha Beach, it was nice to feed the koi in the evening. The restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent.

The service was very attentive and responsive, with a dedicated shuttle to the ferry terminal. The room wasn't large, but the bathroom and bedding were good. My only complaint was the air conditioning. Even at the lowest setting, it was still quite loud, and even when it was turned off, it felt a bit warm when I slept. The air vents were also quite long. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and the view outside the window is also very pleasant, but from the moment we got in the car, the hotel's service made us even more happy. The handsome Xiao Li who picked us up was very enthusiastic, the housekeeper Xiao Dong was also very good, and the other service staff were also very enthusiastic and meticulous. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and they are also thoughtfully equipped with beach slippers. It was a very good stay experience☺️☺️☺️
