Big room with clean condition, location also good as its in front of the sea. Staffs are humble and helpfull. If the price is lower than now its will be perfect.

帶着父母來舟山，看到這家全季有海景房，特地來這裏住，但遇到了很差的前台服務人員，欺騙住客沒有房間，把更好的房間自己留着了。
我們事先網上訂了兩間海景房連住兩晚，找圖一的前台服務員辦理入住，提了不想要尾房，還有因為帶了長者希望能住在同樓層方便照顧。這位服務人員態度很差説海景大床沒有房間了，衹有一間電梯旁的和另一個樓層的最前面角落的房間，説第二天有了再換，也不提升級房型之類的，那我們無奈也接受了。我們剛拿好房卡剛好後面有兩位住客辦理退房，我們聽到房間號恰巧是我們角落房間的旁邊兩間，是連着的房間號，就問了服務員是不是可以這兩間換給我們，這位服務員信誓旦旦的説這兩間房型和你們的不一樣，不能換。我們詢問預訂接送碼頭車輛還有第二天早餐，這位説現在忙沒有空給我們訂，讓我們回房間之後打電話再來訂。
然後我們就拿着行李上樓了，角落房非常差，很昏暗多邊形不規則的房型，幾乎看不到什麼海景。電梯房也是被前面樓遮住了衹能看到一點點海。我們剛進房間，剛巧看到角落房隔壁剛退房的兩間在打掃，並沒有人入住，我們就在門口張望了一下，居然就是一摸一樣的海景大床房的房型，海景漂亮得多且寬敞明亮房型很正氣。我們感受到了深深的欺騙。
然後直接下樓找了圖二的另外一位前台服務人員，這位服務人員和圖一的那位天壤之別，態度很好，認真給我們查看了，這兩間中的一間被鎖定了，另外一間可以換給我們，且同樓層也有一間靠近電梯的可以換給我們，還給我們預訂了第二天送去碼頭的車輛和優惠價預訂第二天的早餐。另外送我們去碼頭的司機師傅也特別好。這服務的兩顆星就是給這兩位的。
