Beautiful environment, wide view, it's a pity that the balcony door can't be opened. The three-separation design of the bathroom with double sinks is very convenient. There are too few tables in the room, and there is a lack of a chest of drawers in front of the TV, and there is no place to put things. Overall satisfaction, full marks for software, hardware needs to be improved. The location is a little far from Zhujiajian Wharf and Putuo Airport.

The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable to lie down and didn't want to move, and the garden view outside the window was also very healing. The room is spacious and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can sleep well without being disturbed. I especially like the smart toilet and powerful shower in the bathroom, and the toiletries are also very textured. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly made seafood noodles and local specialty snacks are amazing! The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry service are very practical, and the business center is well-equipped. Very satisfied experience! I came to travel and found this small island by chance. Crossing a bridge is Zhoushan Island. The traffic is very convenient. The island and the hotel are newly built, and the hotel is very cost-effective! It feels better than some big-name hotels, the room is spacious, and I can feel that I am operating with care! Free parking, perfect for self-driving, or mid-term vacation, or tourists who have a few days to go around the island. If you are in a hurry to go to mainstream attractions such as Putuo Mountain for a day or two, and you don't drive, you need to take a taxi or bus.

The room was bigger than expected, and the sunlight coming in was very comfortable. The hotel staff was also very nice and met all our requests. It was a great stay for our family of three!

Nice hotel, in a new area a bit far from city center. Clean room, not very big but with all the things you need for a nice stay. Refrigerator was not connected to plug and AC was not working, luckly it was not too hot. Breakfast buffet was fine. Wifi connection works well. Good to have a mall in the front with supermarket too. I attended bike race and this hotel was not so prepared to accept cyclists and their needs for the race ( early breakfast and delayed checkout).

The hotel is located more than 10 kilometers away from Putuo Mountain. If you drive to Putuo Mountain, it is still very good to stay here. The price is much cheaper and the breakfast is great! The front desk service is very good and very welcoming. The hotel is also very open and has complete facilities. Only the decoration of the downstairs facade has a slight impact, but if you go to Putuo Mountain early the next morning, it will be no problem.

The service of Narada is the most important, it is very comfortable, every waiter is very warm, especially the front desk service ladies in the lobby.

The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.
