Okay, the hotel is quite clean and hygienic. There's a complimentary mini-fridge, and breakfast is pretty extensive with good, fresh fruit. It's convenient for business travel, and ordering takeout in the area is easy.

Atour Hotel is really great. I booked a few rooms and the front desk staff helped arrange them all on the same floor, which made it convenient for us. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the pillows are memory foam, making for a very pleasant sleep. There's a Sam's Club right next to the hotel, so shopping is super easy. The room was clean and tidy, and we could see the Sun & Moon Bay from our sea-view room. The front desk staff was warm and responsible. The location is excellent; Lovers' Road and Yeli Island are right downstairs. We could walk to the island to watch the sunrise and sunset, and the Sun & Moon Bay looked beautiful at night. Dining was also very convenient, with many restaurants to choose from in Yangming Plaza! We'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's within walking distance to the Gongbei Port, and there are many lively restaurants nearby. The front desk service was exceptional; they were incredibly accommodating. Since we returned late on New Year's Eve, they even helped us find a delivery and brought it to our room in the middle of the night. They proactively offered bottled water when we left and promptly delivered anything we needed. Their dedication was truly impressive. The room itself maintained Atour's signature style, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable.

This was my second stay at the ATOUR hotel in Zhuhai. As expected, service was friendly, and the hotel remained clean and well-managed — consistent with the high standard I’ve come to associate with ATOUR. However, the room I stayed in this time. while it did have a window, faced the back of the building and was unfortunately quite noisy due to an external exhaust fan. Also, the glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom was too transparent, offering too little privacy for the toilet area. While not fully exposed, the visibility was uncomfortable and impractical, especially when sharing the room. Aside from that, everything else was great. But based on both stays, I’d say: spend a bit more on an upgraded room if you value peace, quiet, and privacy.

The breakfast variety exceeded my expectations. There were plenty of Chinese options like steamed buns, congee, and fried dough sticks, as well as Western choices such as bread, coffee, and salads. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was fantastic; I could eat something different every day. The dining area was clean and bright, and tables were cleared promptly, so there was no waiting. What I found most satisfying was the cleanliness. The bed linen and duvet covers in the room were spotless, the floor was gleaming, and the bathroom's vanity and toilet were disinfected and completely odor-free. Even in the common areas like the corridors and elevators, I saw cleaning staff regularly tidying up, showing great attention to detail. This hotel truly excels in every aspect and offers incredible value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Atour S NetEase Yanxuan is the best hotel in the Atour series. The room amenities meet five-star service standards, and the toiletries are Le Labo. Although the hotel has been open for five years, the facilities are well-maintained, the drains work perfectly, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast is incredibly rich, and they even offer thoughtful late-night snacks. Every staff member I encountered in the hotel greeted me politely and was always ready to meet guests' needs. It's better than some five-star hotels. Aside from the non-smart toilet, there are no downsides. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhuhai. 🌹

Atour is a lovely hotel chain in China. This hotel is great if you need to go to Zhuhai Airport. Lovely spacious room with a great selection for breakfast. Highly recommended!

The decoration of the whole hotel is very comfortable and the environment is very good. The attitude of the waiters was very kind. I saw that there were two robots in the hotel. Takeaways were delivered very quickly during the stay. The room forgot to take pictures, but the hygiene was very clean and tidy. The newly opened hotel facilities were very new and will come next time on business trip.
