The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, projector, and refrigerator. It's also conveniently located for transportation, right next to the border crossing.

Excellent and incredibly convenient, it's right next to Hengqin Port. Just turn left after exiting the port hall and you're there.

The location is ok if you want to go to Macau from Hengqin port. Otherwise it's a terrible value for your money. Why would you put silent room when all the cleaning staff throw stuff around in every day at every floor from 9am-2pm, literally cant be more frustrating. Except this, the rooms are handled poorly, not worth the price, you don't even provide towels and slippers. Checking in and out is also a frustrating experience since this accommodation has no front desk but rater a office outside the building. The price is outrageous for this service. The single room was decent, no strange odors, and even had a washing machine and a sofa. Cleaning was prompt, making for a pretty good stay. It's very close to Hengqin Port, which is super convenient, and the self-check-in with a password felt quite secure.

Check-in was easy and fast, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's really close to Hengqin Port, and you can use the underground passage to catch the intercity rail or visit the massive Ponte 16 Macau, which has a great food street worth exploring.

What truly impressed me most about this stay was the incredibly meticulous service. From the warm greetings at check-in by the front desk staff to the thoughtful details left by housekeeping each day, you could really feel how much the staff cared. A special thank you goes to the front desk; when I asked for recommendations for local attractions, they not only patiently suggested hidden gems only known to locals but also hand-drew a simple map. This saved me a lot of trouble as it was my first time visiting the city. The room service was also outstanding. My remote control ran out of batteries, and after contacting the butler, a staff member delivered new ones in less than ten minutes. They also reminded me to be careful. The next day, they proactively asked if I wanted the same combination again, and being remembered like that felt truly heartwarming. These seemingly small service details filled my entire stay with a personal touch. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The room was very clean, the environment was great, and the soundproofing was good. Plus, there's a beautiful night view. It's my go-to choice for business trips every time. The bus stop and Hengqin Port are right downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around.

The hotel's location is excellent, but make sure to contact the front desk beforehand, as it can be a bit tricky to find. You can even photograph Macau from your window, and Hengqin Port is right downstairs, which is super convenient for visiting Macau with a Hengqin-Macau visa! The sheets, blankets, and pillows were all quite comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly nice, gave me a free room upgrade, and even helped resolve a few small issues. I look forward to staying here again!

A more proactive and friendly approach would significantly enhance the first impression for guests. Housekeeping & Maintenance: * There were some minor cleanliness issues, such as a maintenance oversight in the kitchen and a slightly musty scent in the inner bedroom. I also noticed an occasional unpleasant odor near the building’s entrance and lobby, which might require a plumbing or drainage check. Facilities & Amenities: * The massage chair’s touchscreen was a bit temperamental and required several attempts to respond. The choice of disposable towels felt a bit unusual for a room of this caliber; traditional linens might better suit the overall experience. Verdict: A solid choice for space and location. With a little more attention to housekeeping details and a warmer service touch, this could easily be a top-tier stay.

The hotel is just next to the Hengqin port. Very near but It's quite to difficult to find in the first begining.The room is very large. I've got 2 bed room, 1 king bed with the spectacular view of Macao, and another bedroom with 2 single bed for my kids. 2 bathroom with washing machine, refrigerator and massage chair with good price that's the best deal.

Absolutely fantastic! The service and environment were top-notch in every aspect. You can even see Macau right from the window. It's the ultimate value for money. The customer service was also incredibly friendly. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

An excellent guesthouse! It's so close to Hengqin Port, making trips to Macau incredibly convenient. The underground shopping street at the port is also super handy for dining and shopping. The room itself was very spacious and clean, with a view of Macau right outside the window. Highly recommend staying here.

This makes it super convenient whether you're crossing the border for a trip or returning after a day out, saving a lot of hassle. The biggest surprise was finding a massage chair in the room! After a long day of walking, I was exhausted, but lying down for a massage instantly melted away the fatigue – this amenity was incredibly thoughtful! Moreover, the hotel staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very efficient, and they patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Any request was met promptly, making the overall experience truly excellent. From the convenience of its location and the room amenities to the quality of service, there's absolutely nothing to fault. The value for money is outstanding, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm near Hengqin Port!
