Artyzen Habitat Hengqin Zhuhai

Our Macau trip ended up being delayed due to some document issues. We originally booked one night at this hotel. Then we decided to spend an extra day at Zhuhai Chimelong, so we booked another night here. After all, it's very close and convenient for taking the ferry, offering great value for money. Free Minibar: includes 1 coke, 1 soda water.

The room was bright and clean, meticulously tidied, and you could tell that even the details like towels and slippers were thoroughly sanitized. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious, especially with the morning tea dim sum and special pastries – a great way to start the day. The hotel is right next to the Hengqin Port, with convenient and free parking. Chimelong is just a 10-minute drive away. The location is easy to find and the environment is quiet. Highly recommend.

The facilities are excellent, with a laundry room, washing machine, dryer, and iron all available. The service is also great; the staff proactively helped with our luggage. The room layout is good too; as someone who needs a daily coffee fix, I really appreciated it! They even thoughtfully provided two bottles of room-temperature mineral water. Most importantly, the location is fantastic, perfect for friends visiting Macau. You can see the night view of the Macau Peninsula right from the shore. I've already recommended it to my friends, highly recommended!

On the first day of our stay, we heard some renovation noise, but the front desk promptly resolved it by moving us to another room on the second day. The front desk service was quite good. When I met the cleaning lady in the hallway, she greeted me very warmly. My room didn't have baby slippers, so I asked her, and she was very proactive and enthusiastic in helping me get some. Breakfast was also very good. For dinner on the second day, we ate at the hotel restaurant. The service was excellent throughout, and the food was also delicious. If you're looking for a good meal, the restaurant on the fifth floor is a solid choice. You won't be disappointed.

This hotel is right next to the Hengqin Port, which is super convenient. The rooms are designed in a modern style, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast spread is generous, and they have their own parking lot. It's definitely my top choice for hotels when traveling to and from Macau.

Super close to the border crossing, nice environment, and very comfortable stay. Parking and finding food nearby were also very convenient. Nora's service was absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again in the future! 😲
