Pretty good, clean, and no strange odors. The room was spacious, and the front desk responded quickly and was friendly. However, the projector wasn't 100 inches, and the quality was very poor – a TV would have been better.

Perfect sea-view apartment for a family trip! This time, my best friend and I brought our two 9-year-old 'little monsters' to stay at room 2316 of the Jianhai Apartment for three full days, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations! 🏠 Room Experience Spacious: We stayed in a loft unit, and the high ceilings made the entire space feel incredibly airy. The living room was downstairs, and the bedrooms were upstairs. The kids could run and play upstairs while we chatted and relaxed downstairs, without disturbing each other – a real blessing for families with children. Well-equipped: The two beds in the bedroom could be pushed together, fitting two adults and two children comfortably. There was also a simple kitchenette in the room, which was super convenient for heating milk or cooking noodles for the kids. After three days, it felt just like being at home. Thoughtful details: The entire apartment had glass railings, which were safe and didn't block the light. When the kids were playing upstairs, we could look up from downstairs and see them, which was very reassuring. 💁‍♀️ Service Experience Before check-in, we contacted the apartment manager, who responded quickly and patiently, sending us detailed check-in instructions. The room was spotlessly clean. Even after three days, we didn't find any overlooked spots, and the bedsheets and duvet covers were fresh and dry. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-Friendly What I loved most was the layout. There was plenty of space for the two kids to run around and let off steam, so they weren't cooped up in the hotel room all the time. Eating and shopping nearby were very convenient. We could walk to restaurants with kid-friendly options, making all three meals for three days hassle-free. ✅ Summary: This is definitely a family-friendly accommodation I would rebook!
