Had a fantastic hotel experience! Ella and Evelyn provided truly welcoming service, making us feel right at home. The environment was top-notch, exceptionally clean and tidy, with new facilities and a beautiful layout. Every staff member was friendly and well-trained. The morning tea was delicious. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Zhuhai. Just one small suggestion for improvement: the Baidu Maps navigation pin for the hotel isn't accurate, which makes it a bit hard for guests to find the exact location. Something to look into for guest convenience!

The main difference between Banyan Tree Zhuhai and the neighboring Angsana is the decor. They're on the same coastline, and the environment is absolutely beautiful, with a picturesque view at every turn. Hygiene: What I didn't expect, however, was that the bedding and pillowcases during this stay at Banyan Tree were really hard to describe. I had them changed twice, but they still had an indescribable odor. In the end, I just couldn't be bothered to ask again and had to use my own aromatherapy spray to deal with it. For a high-end brand like Banyan Tree, this shouldn't be the case. Service: You can only add them on WeChat to inquire after booking and selecting your check-in date. The first customer service representative was very slow to respond to any questions and quite perfunctory in her attitude. Because of her attitude, I even considered switching to the equally high-end Alila, despite the inconvenience of needing to travel to an island. Thankfully, Yvonne, the duty manager, was much more patient. Thank you again for your assistance. I stayed at Banyan Tree Yangshuo in November, and my family was very satisfied overall with that experience. This time, the experience didn't meet my expectations. I'll need to choose more carefully next time.

The rooms inside have a real resort feel; it's so peaceful and relaxing. Here's a funny little story: I woke up late one morning and rushed to breakfast, thinking I'd miss it. But the hospitable 'Ambassador' butler told me to take my time and even saved a seat for me. As I ate, I was so glad I hadn't missed out. Then, I realized I'd left my umbrella in the restaurant. A concierge staff member kindly brought it back to me, even though I'd already walked quite a distance. I found it quite amusing myself; the service is truly fantastic! So thoughtful.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and taking a boat for photos is top-notch. Overall, a perfect experience with great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai!
