Chimelong Penguin Hotel

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Definitely book in advance for better rates. We got a package that included tickets and the Chimelong Show. The hotel was quite busy, but it's super close to the Ocean Kingdom, which is a huge plus if you're traveling with little ones – you can just head straight back to rest. Hotel guests also get early entry, so the lines in the morning are shorter. The room decor is all penguin-themed, and my child absolutely loved it. The only downside is that food delivery services are a bit far; I'd suggest adding a delivery locker. The Penguin Butler 2 service was excellent; they were very helpful with any questions we had. We missed the 5 PM Chimelong Show, and they kindly rearranged it for us to the 8 PM show, which was great. You can see penguins during breakfast; even though we ate a bit late and didn't snag a prime viewing spot, we could still see them.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the bellboy helped us with our luggage, and the front desk lady who patiently checked us in and explained everything was wonderful. There were also many staff members readily available to answer any questions we had, and they were all incredibly warm and friendly. The hotel felt large and impressive. As we walked from the elevator to our room, we saw many different penguin illustrations, which my child absolutely loved – they were so happy and excited! The hallway also had a subtle, pleasant scent. We upgraded to a room with a 'snow house,' and our baby spent every free moment in their little domain. They might not remember many travel details when they grow up, but I believe that feeling of joy will stay with them as they grow. The room's environment was impeccable, super clean. In short, both the parents and the child had a fantastic time and a comfortable stay this trip. We were super happy, and that alone made it all worthwhile!

Traveling during off-peak season is truly wonderful! 😍 The past two days have been cloudy, but the weather was perfect. It's been a while since I've been here, and Chimelong has become even more guest-friendly. The butler service was prompt and attentive. For off-peak visits, I recommend booking your meals on-site for extra surprise discounts. The Penguin Hotel offers direct access to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, which is super convenient. We had a fantastic two-day, one-night trip! 👍 Next time, we'll check out the Spaceship Park.

Chimelong is an irresistible paradise for children, and staying at the Penguin Hotel this time completely changed my perception of theme park hotels. The Penguin Hotel is absolutely magical, with incredibly comprehensive facilities. There's a convenient express通道 directly to Ocean Kingdom, which was fantastic. My kids had an absolute blast, smiling every single second. The hotel even upgraded our room and decorated it for my baby's birthday, preparing gifts and a cake – that was incredibly thoughtful! We were filled with happiness.

The toiletries were clean and well-stocked, and the hairdryer, electric kettle, and TV all worked perfectly. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower pressure was incredibly strong. The towels were super soft. The staff were warm and attentive, quickly resolving any issues we had. During our stay, they'd remind us daily of performance times, answer all our questions, and kept in touch via WeChat. They were incredibly patient and the service was excellent. Checking out was even easier; we just dropped our key cards into the express checkout box, no queueing needed, which saved a lot of hassle. The hotel also offers convenient shuttle buses to the Spaceship Theme Park, dropping us right at the entrance. There were frequent buses and clear service signs, so we never worried about getting lost. This trip was an amazing experience! The staff were professional and thoughtful, and the concierge was very enthusiastic, helping us with all sorts of problems and even giving a small gift to our child. The concierge also offered free luggage storage, and the staff there were very friendly and quick to store our bags! The Penguin Buffet Restaurant was unique; we could dine while watching penguins. My child's favorite part was the hotel's kids' facilities, including the Fun Corridor and the Tao Tao Fun Castle. Check-in was quick, and check-out was even faster with no queues – super efficient and convenient. Service signs were clear everywhere, making our entire stay worry-free. Highly recommended!

The room has a wonderful penguin theme, the bedding is comfortable and clean, and the complete set of children's amenities is a thoughtful touch. The restaurant allows you to dine while watching penguins, which my kids absolutely loved. The service is warm and attentive, and overall, it offers great value for money. It's definitely our top choice for a family trip, and we'll be staying here again!
