The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a warm yet upscale decor. The soft, comfortable bedding ensured a perfectly restful night. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for their incredibly warm and enthusiastic service; they maintained a cheerful, smiling demeanor throughout our check-in and check-out process, and their attention to detail was truly impressive and thoughtful!

The room was spotless and very spacious. The hotel breakfast was decent, and its location near New Yuanming Palace makes driving to the scenic area very convenient. Highly recommended!

Opened in 2015, this hotel hasn't undergone any renovation since, and its fixtures and furnishings are inevitably showing their age. The carpet stains in the room were absolutely disgusting. If this hotel were truthfully a 2-star and priced at around 150, I wouldn't complain – you get what you pay for. However, for a hotel listed as 4-star on Ctrip and charging over 500 per night, it offers extremely poor value for money. The room only came with two bottles of unbranded mineral water, and when I asked the front desk for more, they refused.

There was plenty of space. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent; it was so thoughtful of the hotel to allow me a late check-out.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. As night owls, we often slept in late, and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful – they would always call beforehand to ask if it was okay to clean our room, which we really appreciated. They also offered luggage storage while we visited Hong Kong, which was a huge convenience and solved a big headache for us. I really liked this hotel. While breakfast wasn't included, they kindly provided daily breakfast vouchers (even though I, personally, couldn't always make it in time!). It offers great value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel with friends. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
