InterContinental Zhuhai

Stayed two nights in Zhuhai before heading to Macau for the World Cup. Arrived late at night, but the front desk staff was still very enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast was decent, but dinner was even better, and guests get a discount, so it's good value for money. The sea view room offered breathtaking views, especially at night. It's a shame the weather was cloudy, so I missed the sunrise. However, the best part was how patient and proactive all the hotel staff were. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Four years ago, I stayed at the InterContinental in Zhuhai, and when I returned to Zhuhai this time, I initially checked into another hotel. However, the experience was so poor that I immediately switched back to the Yanlord InterContinental. It was incredibly comfortable! The toiletries were fantastic – I even bought three bottles. The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient, with Jin Yue Xuan next door and close proximity to Gongbei Port. I'll definitely choose InterContinental again for my next stay. They even gave me a fridge magnet!

The hotel was clean and tidy. The front desk staff, Lydia, was incredibly warm and friendly. She even upgraded our room and gave us complimentary fruit and cake, so she definitely deserves 10 stars! My child loved it, the room was very cozy, and we slept so comfortably. Next time we're in Zhuhai, we'll definitely stay here again.

This was my first stay at the InterContinental Zhuhai, and I was impressed. The room was quite spacious, and the location was excellent with convenient transport links. Vivian at the front desk provided fantastic service and even upgraded our room. I'll definitely choose the InterContinental Zhuhai again on my next visit.

The hygiene and service were average, nothing special. However, the room had a very strong, pungent smell of mildew. The front desk explained it's due to being by the sea and the windows not sealing well, leading to poor ventilation. The location is excellent though; Golden Court restaurant is just a 10-minute walk away, and their dishes definitely live up to their reputation.

The service was excellent. Miss Bella messaged me in advance, asking what services I needed, and everything was arranged perfectly. The hotel environment is also great, the room is large, with a sea view, and it's right by the beach. The surrounding facilities are complete.

Irene, the hotel's guest relations manager, contacted me before our arrival to arrange our room preference. We got a fantastic sea view, and Irene made sure all our requests were met perfectly. We even received two servings of the Napoleon cake for afternoon tea – more than we could finish! The InterContinental's executive lounge and breakfast buffet were also great. Our child spent hours in the 5M kids' club and didn't want to leave. The staff there were so patient, allowing parents to completely relax. As a staycation, the InterContinental's service was, as always, excellent. A very satisfying weekend indeed.
