When leaving, the online car-hailing service only goes to the reception lobby, and you have to carry your luggage out and take the car by yourself. It is recommended that the hotel should set up a small car to move luggage service. Otherwise, guests have to carry a lot of luggage to find which building to go to, which is very tiring. The front desk service is very good, and everything you ask for can be delivered to the room within five minutes.
