Chimelong Spaceship Hotel

Even before checking in, the guest services team proactively added me on WeChat, showing great enthusiasm and patience, ready to answer any questions. Upon arrival, the front desk kindly upgraded our room for free. The toiletries in the room were adorable, and the decor felt very cozy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. My child was very happy, and the staff were all incredibly friendly, greeting us warmly whenever we saw them – the atmosphere was fantastic. The best part is the adjacent Spaceship Park, which is an indoor playground and zoo – truly top-notch! There's something for kids of all ages, it's excellent. Plus, there are free shuttle buses to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and the International Circus, which is super convenient. Can't wait to visit again!

Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and elegant decor. The high ceilings and excellent natural light, combined with a subtle, pleasant fragrance, created a very welcoming atmosphere. The room's whimsical decor, complete with a slide, was a huge hit with the kids! The children's amenities were incredibly thoughtful – their own slippers, toothbrushes, and bathrobes were all spotlessly clean, and my little ones were thrilled from the moment they walked in. The bedding is changed for each new guest, ensuring it's always clean and tidy. I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, which made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel grounds are expansive, with beautiful landscaping and greenery. It's super convenient if you're driving, and free parking is a huge plus, offering excellent value for money! Our package included unlimited access to the amusement park, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were all incredibly warm and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the express check-out box, where you just drop your key card, made leaving a breeze and very hassle-free. Even on check-out day, our park tickets were still valid, which was great. The park attractions were fantastic, and we had a wonderful time – we'd love to come back! The hotel also thoughtfully provides a medical room, a nursery, and a self-service laundry room, covering almost every family need. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, and the staff were all friendly and polite. The location right next to the park is unbeatable; you can step out and start your fun day immediately, and it's so convenient to pop back to the hotel for a rest whenever you're tired. Plus, the hotel's great location means nearby malls and restaurants are easily accessible, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The WiFi was excellent and available everywhere, which was super handy. My family had a wonderful time!

Our stay was fantastic! When we checked in, we mentioned it was our child's birthday the next day, and they surprised us with a birthday cake and room decorations on the actual day. The front desk even gave us a badge right away, which we loved! On the birthday itself, going to the park also got us another badge and two fast passes! Check-out was quick, and the room was spacious and clean. The bedding and toiletries were all very comfortable. The food selection was extensive, and the shuttle bus and parking were very convenient. The location is also great, perfect for traveling with kids. Highly recommend!

The lobby is incredibly grand and full of design flair! As soon as you step in, you're greeted with a vibrant, playful atmosphere that really catches the eye. The staff are very welcoming too; our butler was always on hand to answer our questions, and they even gave us a gift after check-out! My child was absolutely thrilled! We booked a basic Spaceship Room for two days and one night (including two-day passes to Spaceship Park and breakfast). Upon check-in, we received a free upgrade to a Moon Exploration Room on the 16th floor, which was fantastic! The room was spacious enough, very new, and had a great theme. The best part about the Spaceship Hotel is direct access to Spaceship Park. The entrance is right on the first floor below the lobby, and you can enter an hour early. After breakfast, we were able to rush into Spaceship Park right at 9 AM and hit all the popular rides first!

The hotel was great. We booked a family room and the fireworks view was very romantic. The food selection was rich and varied, offering good value for money. The park is suitable for children under 12, and the indoor facilities were very comfortable with not too many visitors. However, there were too few staff members and the signages weren't clear enough; we ended up walking in circles trying to find our way. Also, the mobile network signal wasn't great, so we couldn't accurately share our location.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and there were so many activities that we didn't have enough time to try them all – we're already planning another trip! The Foodie Plaza downstairs had delicious food, and the Kaka Show was fantastic; the kids still talk about it. Next time, we're definitely getting front-row seats!

The room was unexpectedly good, spacious and new, with a 2-meter wide bed, easily accommodating three people. The toiletries were very clean. The Chimelong show tickets for two were super amazing, highly recommended! The buffet dinner for two was very rich, with unlimited salmon. Service: The hotel service was also excellent; they even gave us a gift after we checked out.

The kids loved it! We got a room upgrade, and the dinner and lunch package was incredibly good value. The Coral Restaurant, in particular, had fantastic service. They even offered to move us to a table closer to the fish tank when one became available, which was so thoughtful for the little ones. We'll definitely be back next time… hahaha
