Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel (Chimelong Flagship Store)

The hotel lobby is very grand, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel's garden design is beautiful, and there's even a dolphin pool and flamingo park, so you can get up close with animals without leaving the hotel. During the Chinese New Year, there were various activities in the lobby. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Ocean Kingdom, and the package deal allows unlimited entry to Ocean Kingdom during your stay, which is very convenient. The complimentary Chimelong Show is highly recommended. What I was most satisfied with was the hotel's buffet breakfast – it was incredibly rich and delicious! Next time I come to Chimelong, I'll definitely choose this place again.

Our stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was incredibly pleasant. The hotel truly caters to families, with well-appointed rooms, comfortable mattresses, and staff proactively offering children's amenities. The dining options were diverse, and both the breakfast buffet and the seafood dinner buffet were excellent. Our kids especially loved the recreational facilities, having a fantastic time at the Water World. Evening strolls through the beautiful natural landscapes within the hotel grounds were very relaxing, especially around Flamingo Bay and the Dolphin Pool. Communicating with our butler via WeChat was convenient and efficient; all our questions were quickly answered and issues resolved. The hotel's recreational facilities are well-maintained, ensuring the children had a blast. Overall, the hotel consistently delivers on accommodation, dining, recreation, and service, making it a reliable choice for a vacation.

The hotel shuttle runs frequently, every 15 minutes, which is very convenient. It offers multiple routes directly to attractions like Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they proactively assisted with my luggage from the moment I stepped out of the taxi. As someone who's easily lost, I appreciated their warm and helpful responses whenever I asked for directions. During check-in, they even upgraded me to a room on the 17th floor for free! Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and will definitely choose Hengqin Bay Hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai Chimelong.

As an official Chimelong hotel, the biggest perk is the one-hour early entry to Ocean Kingdom, which meant we could beat the crowds and experience popular attractions without long waits. Both the hotel and the park are great, highly recommended for families. The service was attentive and warm; they answered all our questions. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and packed with thoughtful details. Essentials like a kettle and mini-fridge were very practical, meeting all our family's needs. The room decor was fun and卡通, adding to the atmosphere, and parking at the hotel was convenient. We even got an aquarium-like experience at the buffet restaurant, where the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The recreational facilities, lounge areas, and landscaped zones were all well-kept and looked brand new. Hengqin Bay Hotel truly sets a high standard in both its amenities and cleanliness, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. Our whole family had a wonderful time; it’s excellent value for money. This hotel is grand and has huge public areas. It's super convenient for getting to the Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park, Ocean Kingdom, the beach, or even the hotel's own water park and Dolphin Bay – everything is easily accessible. For families visiting Chimelong, Hengqin Bay is not only close by but also the only hotel where you can enjoy sea views. Highly recommended!

Choosing Hengqin Bay Hotel was absolutely the right decision! The hotel boasts an excellent location, with plenty of shuttle buses to and from the various parks, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The ocean-themed design throughout the hotel was a feast for the eyes. Our room had great natural light, a well-thought-out and cozy layout, and a fantastic view from the balcony. The hotel is exceptionally well-equipped for families, providing everything from children's toiletries and cribs to bed rails and non-slip stools. The hotel's facilities are also very well-maintained: the indoor heated pool had a comfortable water temperature, and lifeguards were diligently on duty the whole time; the kids' play area featured new and safe equipment; the water park offered a wide array of fun attractions; and the flamingo viewing area and dolphin pool within the complex were truly unique, adding a lot of enjoyment to our stay. There were plenty of activities for the kids, including a ball pit in the lobby bar and a gym, which kept them very happy. The environment was great, and the overall hotel experience was excellent. There were also many restaurant options, and dinner was very plentiful. The buffet dinner offered a rich variety of dishes and was great value for money. Check-out was smooth and queue-free. Overall, it made our family trip even more perfect. Highly recommended!
