Good front desk service, quick check in and facilitated our request for late check out. Our hotel room was nicely decorated, not exactly very spacious but good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The carpet could have been more frequently shampooed though. No bathtub and there's not a door separating the bathroom. They provided two types of pillow which was good, the bed was on the soft side. The noise insulation could definitely improve. The two indoor playrooms were huge. Facilities reasonably well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun. But it could get really packed despite the size of the playrooms. Despite the size of the breakfast hall, it was absolutely packed and its hard to find a table after 9am. Walking distance to a huge shopping complex.

A belated review, but the hotel service was genuinely fantastic! We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my child and their classmates, booking a few different room types to experience them. The family-themed rooms feature very spacious beds, easily accommodating a family of three. I particularly want to highlight the hotel's largest suite – it was incredibly comfortable and perfectly sized for 6 adults and 3 children! The room's amenities were also thoughtfully chosen with families in mind, catering to all their needs. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options. The hotel also provides convenient shuttle service to the hot springs, Mystery Island, and the Pet Paradise; if you ever have a long wait, just contact your butler directly. We managed to try all the hotel's restaurants, and the food was genuinely delicious with very generous portions.

Zhuhai Sea Spring Bay Hot Springs and its hot spring manager Roy definitely deserve praise! They provide top-notch hot spring facilities and services, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the therapeutic pleasures of hot springs in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Manager Roy, with his exceptional professional knowledge and experience, offers warm and thoughtful service to ensure that guests have a perfect experience. I am the type who cares about whether the hotel is clean and tidy, so I made a note in advance. After checking in, I found that everything was done as requested, which was very good. It was also quite clean. It is also very close to the beach on Lovers' Road and can be reached on foot. This hotel is still recommended.

The school dormitories are so rubbish and have a prison style. They are more comfortable than he lives in. You can hear people talking outside in the toilet. It is also soundproofed by transparent glass. I have never stayed in a hotel where you have to pay a deposit. The TV is made into a ppt. You can’t even press the button to blow the air. There is no difference between the wind blowing from the tube and someone blowing it with your mouth. The laundry room is useless. The clerk's service attitude is terrible and there is no service. It's very uncomfortable to sleep on the mattress. It's very uncomfortable to sit on it and be pushed up by the springs. It's just a pile of springs wrapped in cloth. Huaqiangbei Hamanka The sound quality is poor and the sound insulation is not improved. I ask customers to wear earplugs to sleep. The reason for giving five stars is to show you.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was perfectly cool. The hotel is situated in an older residential complex built in the 70s. As it's only 7 stories high, you'll see trees within the complex along with the sea, so it doesn't offer a completely unobstructed sea view. However, you do get a glimpse of the iconic Zhuhai Grand Theater (Sun & Moon Bay) diagonally opposite! The location is very convenient. A bus stop is just 200 meters away, taxis are readily available, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The robot delivery service for meals was also a handy feature. Traveling with a child, we took a bit longer to pack on our last day and couldn't check out on time. After a quick chat with the front desk, they kindly extended our checkout until 3 PM, though we were actually ready and departed by 2:30 PM. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff seemed a bit rushed, which led to us accidentally leaving some items behind. The housekeeping team later assisted us in searching, but we weren't able to find them. Despite these minor points, our overall experience was quite good, and I would recommend staying here. Oh, and a fantastic bonus: you can catch a beautiful sunrise from here – what a wonderful way to start your day!

The hotel enjoys a convenient location, situated across from the Wanzaisha bus stop, offering direct access to popular check-in spots like the Sun Moon Bay, Zhuhai Fisherwoman, City Balcony, and the Love Post Office. The beach is also a three- to five-minute walk away. Dining options are also convenient, with numerous options available, including a clay pot rice restaurant and a noodle shop across the street. There's also a supply and marketing supermarket nearby for easy shopping. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. Breakfast is included in the room rate, making it a great value. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, this is a hotel worth choosing.

It's very close to the beach and you can get to the room in a few minutes. It's like a shared rental, where you can open your own door with a key. We went there early and chose the second floor. The front desk required a deposit of 50, and it took one hour to check out at night. The room you paid the deposit for is fairly clean. There is a small balcony where you can dry clothes. The equipment is quite old, especially the hair dryer, which is a bit rusty and makes a loud noise. The towels cannot be wiped dry and do not absorb water... The sound insulation effect is almost non-existent and the wrong door was opened at night. Fortunately, it was locked during the National Day. The price is acceptable. It's close to the seaside and Xiangzhou Port.
